Centrally located and the helpful staff

Very average rooms, not comfortable for overnight stay as windows are not insulated and its located on a noisy street.

Eclectic. Funky. Lots of character. Not perfect. But that made it unique and memorable. For instance: could barely fit 2 people and luggage into the tiny elevator.

Not a problem for me. But might be for some guests: It was quite a noisy location. No a/c so windows had to be open. LOTS of street noise. Partying until early morning hours.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of the city. Close to the metro, shops, restaurant, sights.. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The elevator is tiny and slow so give yourself time or walk the stairs.

Superb location, right in the downtown! Staff was very helpful, and the room was clean. Great view from the window, cold breakfast buffet.

Very small elevator, no AC (though there was a fan in the room). Traveling with a 2.5 year old kid and her stroller, plus bags - but there was room only for 2 adults in the elevator. The hotel staff helped me carry bags.

Pedestrian street below can be noisy.

Central location

The room I was staying in (room 15) has a family of pigeons living in the ceiling. I reported this nine months ago when I stayed here and nothing has been done in the meantime. The rooms also have no sound isolation. I was travelling for work and needed to get up early but the person next to me was listening to music late into the night. Because there is no reception or security on site, there is nothing you can do. It was miserable. If you have to stay here, don't book any of the cheapest rooms (like under EUR 40 a night). The rooms that are more expensive are on higher floors and while they are still very basic, they are not infested with birds. There is no security between the streets outside and where you are sleeping, apart from the flimsy door of your room. Bear this in mind.

You ask how was the treatment in the hotel.No treatment. No body there

For any small problem there is no where to direct .there is a tel number but no answer.In the room nothing there even a glas to drin k water.we have been very afraid if we get some problem where to go.

Nice location but the place is a bit run down and there is no security or lobby

The location was excellent!

The TV wasn't working. The entry door was open most of the time, seriously lacking security. Moreover, there was vacuuming going on in the middle of the night which was absurd!The carpet and the rooms are dated.

several things were not working properly. The hair dryer, heater, shower, toilet, sink, and locker were all broken. The main door didn’t close tightly, so light from the hallway came into the room at night.The view from the window was also very unpleasant. There were many birds outside making noise throughout the night, and the area was dirty with bird droppings. I have taken photos and will share them to show the condition.

The location is great, the self-check-in was nice and easy, but it was only available in German. The facility was nice and clean. very easy going.

That there is no one to ask for things. In room 53, there was always a water sound from the heater, never stopped, but we were so tired that we slept anyway.

It’s right in the center of the old city. Is perfect location, it’s near to everything. The bathroom was súper clean and also the bed and spaces for my things was perfect. For the price and location was fine for me. I had heating and a big window. No view

The heating system was súper dirty, like no one has clean it for edges. Besides that, I didn’t have a tv or security box, neither had water or anything like the pictures haha. The main door can be open by literally anyone. The smell when you go in the lobby is very weird. Also the lights are not very nice. Are very few details to improve

Lights didn't work. And there were noises in the ceiling so I had to leave and find a new hotel. Wasted money and owner didnt respond

Great location at the center of interest ? Rooms are clean. Cheep price.

For our room, the lights at bathroom did not work at all - no reception desk was working at our arrival time around 9 PM. There is a TV in the room but no cables or any other streaming device.

The room was very servicable, at a great location, and a tremendous value for the price.

Other guests were loud, and there were paperthin walls. The check in process was really confusing.

From the moment I opened the door, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to stay in the room. I initially thought opening the window might help — only to discover that the window opens into a small shaft infested with pigeons. It’s essentially a nesting area, with live birds, dead ones, and everything in between. The smell of droppings and constant noise (cooing, flapping, and vibrations) make it impossible to use the window for ventilation.With no real airflow and a stale, musty carpet that seems decades old, the air quality in the room is extremely poor. The door appears to be padded for soundproofing, but it doesn’t work at all — I could hear every hallway conversation, door slam, and phone call as if I were outside.Even after turning off all the lights, the room doesn’t get fully dark due to a poorly fitted door that lets in hallway light through a visible gap. Sleeping without an eye mask was nearly impossible. And when I finally did try to sleep, the flat, unsupportive pillow and old, uncomfortable mattress made for a restless night and a sore neck in the morning.All in all, this room was far below acceptable standards — uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the price. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Location was good. The room, although small, is sufficient for one person and is clean.

Something was beeping in my room every 3-4 minutes, which I did not understand where it was coming from.

The elevator doesn't work.The room is extremely warm and stuffy.The windows won't shut, which means you can barely sleep at night with all the noise coming from the street.The entrance smells like piss. The shower head was broken. Expensive for what it has to offer, not even worth it to spend a night here. Bugs in the bathroom floor.
