Charming staff! Super convenient location for trains. My room was quite small but it was fine for 1 night.

The location is perfect for train station. Easy walk to city center. Friendly people and breakfast was good.

With luggage you have to carry it up some stairs, in the hotel the elevator also is only reachable through some stairs

It is very convenient place to stay for anyone arriving late or leaving early by train. Check-in was a bit too long and confusing. The room is smaller but fine, bed was comfy.

But minus was their hotel towels with holes.

Price is fair, it is super close to the station. Staff were very nice and welcoming. I left earlier in the morning I could not have breakfast, but they even offer to have it ready earlier than scheduled (still I could not make it).

The room was very small, but I was there only for a few hours and it was right for me.

The hotel is only a few mins walk from the central station. All amenities as mentioned. Room and bathroom were clean and the staff at the reception were welcoming.Decent breakfast spread, nothing fancy but filling.

It can get a little loud at night from the street noise. No kettle in the room but tea coffee available at the reception all time.

Nearby everything, its just few walk from the central station.Free water upon check in.So lucky that our room were ready and they allowed us to check in early.Food were o.k. esp the choco drinks.

The location is great, across the street from the Haputbanhof. The staff was helpful and polite. The rooms are fine for a one night overstay if you have an early morning flight. The neighborhood, like any other city close to the main train station, is relatively safe. Several women traveling alone chose this place to stay.

Although there is an elevator, it is complicated to move your luggage around as access to floors require going up or down stairs. The staff is there to help. The rooms are a bit dark as the light was not bright enough. If you need to work, this is not the hotel for you.

Proximity to main rail station - about 60m along a well lit road from the Platform 24 end of the station. Friendly, efficient, unfussy welcome. Room small but well planned. TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing. As mentioned in other reviews, clients should be aware that to reach most rooms they will have to walk up - or down - a half flight. I am elderly; the receptionist offered help which I politely declined.

Just 3 mins. walkable distance from U-bahn/train station. Facilities are well-equipped, and offering 1L water. Breakfast included, simple yet hearty. Hotel located nearby the train station, but no homeless crowded there, very safe!

A plug near the bed's night stand (for charging my phone) would have been nice. The plug near the foot end of the bed was useless to me.

Very close to the train station (3 mins walk) and breakfast was good, classic continental breakfast with ham, cheese of various types, bread of different type, milk, cereals, yogurt ecc...The room was nice and clean, with a smart TV.

The surroundings of the station are not the best place in the nights, but it's not a hotel's fault.

The rooms are good: comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure, strong wifi, space to hang clothes. The included breakfast is an excellent addition; it’s healthy with plenty of options and great coffee. We appreciated the friendliness and hospitality of the man working at reception. Additionally, the hotel’s close proximity to the main train station makes getting to and from Frankfurt very easy, and there are lots of food options in the station, too.

Major train stations everywhere seem to attract derelicts and Frankfurt is no different. The people hanging around the station, day and night, were dodgy and unpleasant so you have to keep your wits about you. However, there is a large police presence and plenty of people so we never felt threatened or unsafe.
