Location is good,Very small rooms. Breakfast is normal.

The room (which is very small for two people) has no reading lamp nor table lamp. I was forced to use the big light on the ceiling all the time

My issue was the service level and lack of initiative regarding my door getting stuck.I locked my door to go down and ask for an iron and ironingboard (which they couldnt help me with). When I got back up my key would not turn in the lock. I found the whole mechanism weird, instead of locking/unlocking with key and opening with a handle or twisting a knob, the whole mechanism was done with the key. Same from inside and outside. So both bolts were operated with the key twist.Instead of offering help or coming with ideas what to do I had to tell them what to do all the time. The locking bolt at some point opened but the 2nd one that usually opens with a handle or knob was dead stuck. Over 2hrs or trying to open andusing screwdrivers to try and prong and prod we were unsuccessful. So I asked them to call a service man or break the door. It was saturday, he said the serviceman is not available untill 06 the following morning, and he would not breqk the door.I was offered a new room to sleep in, without my phone, passport and all my luggage, I unwillingly had to accept and ruin my Saturday night.Next day the service man did not come untill noon, 12 something, and he could not open the door, so I once again told them, you they have to break it down because I was not waiting any longer. 2-3 kicks and the door bust open. lock mechanism was janky and the bolt was stuck in its track.. So like I had told them the night before, to just break it down was the final solution anyway.After all this, sat night out ruined and time wasted I had to ask, myself, if I could have some compensation, a free nihgt or two. "No we cannot do that, you can have free breakfast". Free shitty german breakast for 3 days where the scrambled eggs were basically made to slice, the bacon looks boiled and everything else is just the cheapest stuff from the local supermarket.Service and lack of initiative and compensation made this a not so pleasurable stay.

Cleanliness was mid, not amazing, but for the price it’s fair and does the job.

Room was clean, and with three towels.Reception welcoming and opened until 11pm

-Yet the room was clean, it had a dusty smell! Triggered my Asthma!- i booked the single room which was extremely small and did bit look like the picture-most lights did not work in the room- the door cant be lockedBtw, i did not ask the receptionist for any fixes or changes, as i stayed shortly for a couple of hours.

Location was good, right next to the metro station.

It was very loud, difficult to sleep.

cheap price per night for Frankfurt

the room and the amenities correspond to the price per night (they are very cheap, the doors slam, the bed in unstable etc.). Also, given the low price, very loud guests check in here (we couldn’t sleep at 3-4 AM because of the noise) and the cleaning personnel are very very loud and noisy in the morning. Lastly, I understand the reception assigns the rooms to be cleaned by the cleaning staff (which is a huge shit). I had several days with no cleaning although I expressly asked several times for everyday cleaning (I even found myself without toilet paper at night because of this). Huge lack of professionalism and maybe the management should handle the incompetent receptionist who assigns discretionarily which rooms are to be cleaned. The receptionist even lied to my face saying that I said no cleaning. Such lack of profesionalism, aren’t the cleaning staff supossed to clean the rooms anyway? why should the receptionist assign the discretionarily?

Location near the metro

Room was too cold, we didn’t have internet for more than 24 hours, staff should be well prepared

It was really close to a metro stop. It was quiet and clean.

They had a computer problem when I arrived and it took a long time to get things set up so that I could check in, but the staff were apologetic and kind.

It is located within very easy reach of a train station, a kebab restaurant, a Pizza Hut and miniature market full of snacks, drinks and incidentals.The breakfast came complete with freshly scrambled eggs, hot pancakes, sausage, a variety of sliced meat and bread for toast, cereal, juice and tea. All of it was professionally displayed, well made, and an overall great value.

Its name not quite matching how it is listed/named in online maps did result in it being tougher to find than it would have otherwise been.The description on the platform mentioned that the price included all applicable taxes and fees and as soon as I arrived, the receptionist informed me I owed them more money on top of what I paid through the Booking app due to some mandatory additional taxes.

Good value for money, clean Excellent bathroom commodities, comfortable bedding and friendly staff.

They don’t provide kettle for hot drinks.

The cleaning people were passing very early in the morning and making a lot of noise. During 3 days, Every time I left the room around 10:30, I kindly asked them to clean it and they never did. At night , I had to go to the reception and asked for fresh towels, toilet paper etc

Best value for money. Close to the underground station. Kind staff. Clean rooms.

Rooms are basic but this is what you expect for this price level.

We booked the hotel through booking, we came late in the night and there was no one at the reception. When we called the property, because our code for the lock box didn’t work, no body answered for 3 times and when they did they gave us a new code. But when we went to the room, there was 1 twin bed. We ordered the room with 2 twin bed and paid for it. When we called the hotel and asked them why is there only one bed and how can we get a room with two beds, they said there is nothing they can do and we should sleep the night there or somewhere else and wait for the receptionist until 7 am. Not only that, the room was not 11 m^2 as they say, it is 6 at best. We left the keys on the reception and never stayed in that room. Then we were contacted on our private number by someone, he said that there were our belongings in the room to make it look like we stayed there. However we left the room and never got in it, never stayed! The service is absolutely terrible, the staff is not helpful and rude!
