parking full/not available and alternatives were not available on street/no nearby parking garage that offers overnight parking. Pillows had hair in them...did not seem to be laundered. Did not smell fresh. only 1 key card. lights only worked if it was in

It was at a great location. Close to the public transportation and major attractions.

No AC, it is right in front of a kids hospital. No front desk after 8pm. The TV did not work at all. Good for one night but would not stay any longer than that.

Was hard to locate area for check in . Self check in was glitching. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, no one takes a good care of this property. You can hear everything that is happening in a hallway through the doors. It was just a total mess.

Very nice and clean, daily cleaning is provided. The man in the reception was very kind to allow us early check in and free room upgrade.

Maybe a bit expensive compared to other properties in Europe

Disgusting

This is a disaster!!! I booked 3night but I only stay for 1 night, because is very disgusting experience! I blame my self for didn’t check the comments before I book this hotel. Very dirty, their bedsheet both side have many people’s different hair, so disgusting. I call the manager to deal with this, he said he will arrange. Turns out the other day I came back to the room, they not only didn’t change the bedsheet! But Even put new towel with beer bootle cap on my bed!!!!! Unbelievable! That is very horrible . I gave up for contact anyone. But directly checkout .This is a horrible hotel , don’t stay!!!!!!!!!!!don’t stay!!!!!!!!don’t stay!!!!

Not safe! Lots of very weird strange illegal men staying here from Africa and Eastern European here. This place is getting worse and worse plus I didn’t get the room at the check in time and no refund

Close to the metro

The check-in machine is slow and takes a long time to complete the check-in process. The entrance to the parking garage is narrow. There is no AC, so if visiting in summer it gets super hot in the room.

Cleanliness, location close to Bahnhof, quiet surrounding.

Would appreciate it much if there is a reminder of paying city tax in advance of checking in. It is more convenient for me to pay it online in advance than paying by card at your checkin machine, because I forgot my card PIn, and the matter could only be solved when a pizza man passed by, and I asked him to pay the sum with his card and I reimbursed him in cash with tips for his helps.

Poor

We were waken up at 4a.m. since someone opened our door with his card although we have locked the door before sleeping. CANNOT UNTERSTAND WHY THAT WOULD HAPPEN. I FELT UNSAFE AFTER THIS HAPPENED!

Terrible self check in process, a dodgy check-in machine way back near the parking that takes ages to give you your key card. Thin walls and poor insulation so if you're a light sleeper, avoid this place. Musty rooms and the smell of floor cleaner was strong. Disappointing since for the total lack of service and sparsely decorated room, it's expensive. Stay here only if no other option..the reception is open only till 2.30 pm and was not very friendly.Overall one of my most disappointing experiences in recent times. Felt unsafe somehow since the layout of the rooms is also bizarre and you feel closed in. Avoid.

They cancelled the paid breakfast without any notice or explanation. They returned only a fraction of money.

Customer service was very disappointing. An alarm in the bedroom next to mine went off in the middle of the night. I called the hotel’s emergency line who did NOTHING because no one was at the reception. I had to call 112 to fix the issue. Couldn’t sleep.

Bad

We found hair on the beds. Shoe stamps on the walls. Dirty curtains. Two single beds instead of one double as booked. Very small room as expected, but could barely walk without knocking things over. Only location is good, otherwise bad experience.
