The room was old and the front desk clerk was beyond rude. They advertise free parking but that is not the case

Fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, location 5 minutes walk from Konstablerwache station.

The only complaint is that the prices of all hotels in Frankfurt are astronomically high.

Location was good to access downtown, close to a train station. Staff were all excellent

Had to wear earplugs at night due to the loud noise coming from the hookah bar next door.

Very easy spot to the old city and Christmas markets and a great team downstairs that were helpful in every respect !

The hotel is a bit old and pretty basic, but it’s clean overall. just not super thorough, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was kind of boring; they can make you an omelet if you want, but I don’t eat eggs outside. The location is amazing though, and the guy at the reception was the sweetest! was super helpful.

Very small room.Very small bed.Low quality utilities.Small shower cabin.Small sink—hard to wash your face easily.Extremely high price given the time of year.

I liked the warm welcome of Kim from the reception who was very friendly and cooperative and always offering options, and breakfast on-demand was very good.Also I liked the location where you can find variety of restaurants and open markets as well as various boutiques.

I believe some renovation to the furniture and the rooms are needed.

Good location

I had reservation for a double room for 2 adults and 99 Euro per night. When we check-in the receptionist said that this price is for single use and we must pay 156 Euro/night. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would never choose or recommend this hotel.

The property is very clean and convenient, the location is perfect . The breakfast is served in an exceptionally nice way by Kim and Raj.

We do not have any complaints about the property.

Super helpfull staff, location is super. The hotel is a little outdated but we were not there to live.The beds are good and solid.The water pressure in the shower was exelent.

The fridge could have been a bit cooler.Top of shower needs a extra cleaning

I did contact the staff since i booked the hotel not for myself. She gave me a hint properly and confirmation so at the day my son could check in smoothly

The hotel is almost at the center of the city next to the metro station which is very convenient for long distance travelers the cleanliness was not the perfect one, but I want to highlight the most appreciated person at the hotel. It’s Kim at the reception. he’s very nice and very polite person.

Hotel in an excellent location, large and clean room. There is parking at the hotel at a reasonable and fair price. The staff at the front desk is pleasant, nice and very helpful. The price is definitely reasonable and fair. I recommend the hotel with all my heart. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Everything is ok.

Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful ,1st class service.Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day.

The only thing missing was tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom .
