Mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt

There is nothing special about this hotel. Good location in the city center.

Uncomfortable rooms, similar to an army barracks. Very modest and poor. The price for the room was cheap, but we charged 20 euros per day for the dog's accommodation, and we also paid 20 euros per day for parking the car. As a result, the cost of paying for our dog and car was worth half the room fee. There is no saving, only disappointment. Be careful when booking this hotel.

It was clean, comfortable, modern, the staff was nice and talkative, they lended us some cutleries for us to eat in the room when we asked for them, etc .

The noise, the tram is just downstairs, and during summer it's impossible to sleep with the windows closed, but with them open, it's really noisy.

Expected a lot more from a 4-star hotel.

The staff was not friendly. No mini fridge. What about somebody who has medicine that needs to stay cold? No airconditioning, the room was quite hot even with the window open. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower has watermarks on the ceiling. Also, the tv didn’t work. The breakfast and parking were very expensive.

Great location, walking distance to river side and main touristic spots. People at the fron desek were friendly and nice. Overall value was good for the stay.

Wifi signal was not strong in my room so it was intermittent but managed.

Location was superb. Standard room; very good price for value. Excellent hot shower.

Very good location. Cool room, very comfortable.

No amenities in the room. It’s winter. Put a water kettle or a small coffee maker so people can make a tea or a cup of coffee in the morning in the room.

Right next to the Tramway, very clean and modern !

Location was okay, could walk to Christmas markets and was near Zeil shopping street. Also tram station right outside and underground just down the road.

Breakfast was too expensive but plenty of good cafes nearby.

Does not have a kettle for heating water .However they are ready to fill water from the restaurant.So not a big issue

Doorvto room didnt lock properly. We put a chair underneath handle each night ., Bar had loads of little fruit flies everywhere. Bar man had to call someone to find out how to make a simple spritzer.

Great location to visit Frankfurt, a short walk to town. The room was quiet despite being on a junction. Spotless room, and good facilities and toiletries.Separate toilet is good.

The beds aren't very comfortable, too hard for me.The lack of door to the shower room isn't great. Parking is a touch overpriced, but the overall cost was still reasonable.

The location, trams all night. You can hear the tram runs all night loudly, noises easily heard, difficult to sleep, its no way 4 stars, disappointed, you book 4 stars you get 2.5-3, idk how this is possible, for services no even coffee or water at the room but its suppose to be 4 stars ??

Definitely not 4 stars, loud, location near tram railways, service is sheiße. No even coffee like really ?

Basic room with not even a coffee machine Old furnished Bad mattress....too uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely low.Old TV with basic channels

The morning staff were nice. Restaurant was nice breakfast was great.

The rooms were old. Need a big upgrade to get with the times. Evening staff had no manners. Very rude, not helpful.

Recommend to have coffee machine in the room so we can make our own tea or coffee .Also to consider to add Telephone in the room so we can call reception for any information or help .

Location is great. Room was fine. Reception is closed in the afternoon so if you arrive then, you have to deal with the registration on your own. Wifi didn't work well or at all but the man at the reception (next day) gave me a lecture instead of helping me. So it didn't work. I arrived on Saturday (I booked the room with a day pause so this was my second stay) and it was very noisy!!! from the restaurant in the basement.

Wifi didn't work for me. I don't know why because it worked in different parts of the world. The staff, when there, wasn't helpful at all. Noisy in the night when the restaurant is open.
