Hotel Amadeus Frankfurt

we had a good stay,nice room clean,very close to train station,about 30 min from frankfurt airport.The staff was very helpful,would stay again.

The air conditioning in the rooms r not strong like the USA so we had windows open and got fans The restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner only the bar and it’s not a big selection but what they have was good and big portions

Nice comfortable modern hotel. Lovely breakfast. We picked this hotel as was near Batschapp music venue. Its around 20min drive to the Altstadt.There isn't too much else around except a good shopping centre right next to it. Staff were very nice. Perfect for our requirements. We were able to check in early at 11am for a fee of €15 and check out late at 4pm for €45. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Just an overnight stay from a late flight and we departed after breakfast. Great to have carpark available and the breakfast spread was impressive. Staff at breakfast area were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Just an old hotel with dated furnishings in the rooms but win on fast check-in, huge breakfast spread and friendly staff.

Everything was very good, as usually. For me even excellent:). Rich breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows.Bar/Restaurant are onsite, for cold beer and/or warm delicious dishes.

Very good breakfast, good room size, clean comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff are really nice especially the resturant staff. Very good location just after leaving Autobahm. And the Metro is only 100m away. Very lage Parking area

We were looking for a hotel on the underground route 'cuz we wanted to join the book fair in Frankfurt and didn't want to be in the bustling city centre. This hotel was a perfect choice, being less than a five-minute walk from the underground station U-4. The room we got was on the first floor, close to the glass elevator. It was clean and had everything a hotel room should have. The staff were friendly and helpful. One service we liked was that if you don't want your room cleaned the next day, you'll get a coupon for a free drink; this saves both water and time.The hotel is on the road, you can hear outside noise if you open the window, but it's not too loud. The breakfast was simple and good enough. There's a restaurant on site and the food was tasty. But for those staying for several days, I'd like to recommend an Indian restaurant in the neighbourhood, around 5-7 minutes on foot. We were there 2 times and we loved it. You can search for the name yourself since it's only one Indian restaurant in the area.

Great breakfast, spacious comfortable rooms, very quiet, nice staff, big screen for sports, nice bar food, value for money.

+ very friendly staff (check in/out, breakfasts, bar, general questions)+ rather spacious room, mini-fridge provided w/o requesting it explicitly+ rather warm room in the middle of October (AC heating mode worked perfectly)+ good bed mattress (could seem minor, still would like to mention this explicitly as a benefit, due to bad recent experience in other place, where it ruined all the stay)+ plenty of available parking slots in the underground garage (though, most of them are rather narrow)+ despite being pretty far away from city center, the hotel is just 2-3 mins walking from U-bahn, with reasonably fair commute time (15-20 mins, still, welcome to Germany - RMV app didn't work at all, ticket machine at Hessen-Center station refused accepting cards on the second day, so have some spare cache with you)

- the room was rather 'tired' - looks like it hasn't been renovated for a couple of decades, so some sockets/lamps were loosely coupled- the room could have been cleaner - quite heavy dust in hard-to-reach places, like heaters/etc.- the neighborhood is barely alive, especially in the evening - mostly some workshops/etc. (though very quiet)- maybe breakfast hours could have been a bit longer on the weekdays (currently, till 9:30 Mon-Fri, 10:30 Sat, 11:00 Sun)

The staff were absolutely lovely, breakfast was abundant and delicious, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and it was incredibly easy to navigate from and to this location - since it's a two minute walk from a subway station and overall about 20 minutes from city center.

The rooms aren't soundproof, and I could hear phone conversation outside the room and the doors to our neighboring residents open and close. We came at a relativly not crowded time so it wasn't much of a problem but could come up as an issue at different times of the year.

Location, parking, breakfast, the best was the people working there really nice people

Everything is nice about the hotel but there was no air conditioner and the shower had heavy clogging of water upto ankle and was forced to have shower in the same place

Water clogging in the shower and no air conditioning. We were asked to keep the windows open resulting in Rain Forest in the morning.

Locations staf clean

The shower needs maintenance.

Location to public transport od very good. Supermarket at the end of the street. Staff are great. Very clean found. Very good food. Extended our stay.
