Room was clean and bed comfortable

Outside appearance was run down.

Not clean, very noisy, no cold water in sink or shower

I loved having the use of a computer (in their foyer.) Also great to have a fridge in the room.

Maybe a little noisy due to the proximity of the trams, but great to have the transport close.

Room was fine.

Had to go to DM & buy cleaning products to have a clean shower, the mould in the grout was disgustingly dirty, old hotel and it shows, it needs a total refurb! Have booked again from overseas but won’t be staying there, have booked elsewhere instead.

Location is good, just near of the Central Station. Breakfast is good.

Rooms are smaller, floors of the corridor are in bad shape. There is no proper lights in the rooms.

The location is convenient and that’s the only nice thing to say about this dreadful hotel.

No bread or glasses at breakfast, very aggressive staff, no luggage room.

The room next to room 602 was collapsed and was a brooding ground for pigeons. there were literally pigeons living in a room with no ceiling and no windows!! i want a refund

A good sized clean room, comfortable bed and good shower.

My room was opp the Bahnhof so it’s very noisy, which is to be expected, take some ear plugs with you

Centrally located 2 min. walk from the Central Station. Good for over night stay

I don’t like the staff behavior they don’t have manners how to speak with customers receptionist was very annoyed they didn’t mention breakfast time they had argument with me about breakfast the room cleaner came inti my room i ask him what time finish breakfast he said to me breakfast time finish 11:00 am i said are you sure after that i came down 10:30 am and receptionist said finish breakfast i said cleaner told me he is 11:00 am he said no that’s not his job etc i had very bad experience with them and also room was very normal they don’t had a room slipper

Although the Bldg is too old, but ROOM was clean, bed sheets are new and clean. Breakfast was part if the good too..

When we book we didn’t know it was right next to the Main Street buses, cars and the siren sounds pretty much ever 5 minutes, so it was not prefect sleep was not great with the sound. We had some challenging experiences, no hot water the first day, our room had no air conditioning, we suffered since the weather was so hot there, then we found out that we could borrow a fan. Overall it doable, if you can deal with noises! But for us with family of 6, not good idea! But we manage were there only for 3 nights.

Very old building needs a lots of renovation, no fridge in the rooms, it’s very hot with no air conditioning! Some of the staff were not helpful. The breakfast buffet is always out of stuff we have to ask staff to get us more of eg. Croissant or bread. everyone needs to be out of the breakfast room at the appointed time.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel because its close to the train station.

The hotel and its facilities are very old and badly maintained. The room was very dirty, the carpets visibly dirty and stained, the beds did not smell good and the sofa was dirty. The hot water was not flowing in the bathroom during the morning. The beds were not comfortable as they did not smell fresh. We did not get value for the amount we paid!

Air con in the room so could shut windows. Very noisy area at night and building work started early morning around 6.30

Location is perfect. Right outside the central station.

Need to work on bathroom. Taking shower was difficult as water was leaking out to the floor.
