the hotel send a mail only one day before estimated arrival, cancelling the stay. this was without any real explanation, stating that they “could not provide their usual service standard” and therefore have to close… whatever that means.No additional offers to compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

If you're going to Frankfurt, looking for a good hotel, but don't want to spend to much money: this is the place! Spotless clean, central, large rooms, nice staff and fully equipped. There's no chance you find better budget hotel.

The elevator was out of order:-(

Good location, great shower, and nice staircase material choice. The bed was comfortable and there were black out curtains.

The room was smelly, the heat was not turned on when I arrived, black single hairs on the toilet and in the bed, safe not functioning, and the elevator was out of order.

Lift Was not working. The room is very small.

The lady staff were very welcoming. The place is great, good value for money, clean and safe. The unacceptable downside is that the elevator is not always working.

A key feature of the hotel, the elevator, was out of order.

Elevator was non functional and does not seem to have been functioning very recently at all. I was notified of this when I checked in but I still believe it should have been mentioned on the website as there are no ground floor rooms.

Toilet is rather new and clean.

The elevator was broken. There’s no kettle when I need hot drinking water.

Well placed next to main station. Helpful staff

Lift not working . Need to lift luggage 3 stories up. No coffee or kettle in room. Dirty linen. Not possible to adjust heating in room... Very warm.

Room 111, disaster, swollen wallpaper on the walls, musty smell, in the evening cigarette smell from neighbors through the bathroom vent, very small room even if I booked a double room

This hotel has no lifts and phone in the room, got to DIY if you require any service or assistance.
