Very clean hotel and room. Friendly staff for sure! Great breakfast.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The place is near the main train station of Frankfurt, thus perfect location. The room was clean and had a hair dryer, towels and shower gels. The drinks in the mini fridge are included. The stuff was super helpful with any request I made. And they have language storage for late flights.

Hotel is very clean, secured and coveinent located at the city center which convenient walking to train station, supermarket, restaurants (all types). Breakfast is amazing. If time come will like to stay again.

Great breakfast - really friendly staff. All drinks in the lobby / fridge complimentary which was a nice surprise.

In room 27, which was quite small, there was only one mirrow in the bathroom. For 2 persons that was a bit complicated as you have to get ready for the day at the same time.

All staff and the service were great, thanks to them. My expectations were not high from the facility but it's absolutely worthy for its low price. So, the cost-benefit ratio is one of the best in the area.

The room was very small and tiny. I was travelling alone and I managed it, but it wouldn't be easy for a couple.

Very helpful staff, delivered extra towels and very attentive at breakfast. Wonderful breakfast with omelettes. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The staff were very helpful. When there was an issue with the sink, they changed the room immediately.

The streets around the hotel are not the best. And it is on the main street so it was noisy.

Excellent location, price and friendly staff. It's nice that the simple-but-good breakfast and the drinks in the room's fridge were included in the stay. They have little soaps in the bathroom for showering and a hair dryer. It's an excellent place to stay in the heart of Frankfurt.

I'm rating 8/10 because it would have been 10/10 if the mattress had been a better and if the road noise wasn't as noticeable. Because of those things, I didn't sleep very well.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance to the train station and just in front of the tram stop. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the free minibar.

Hotel is at prime location , tram stop just front of the hotel and HBF main station 250 meter away from the hotel . Food outlets just around the corner.market for other necessary stuff very near to the hotel . All hotel staff is very helpful and special thanks to Mr sunny who upgraded my room during my check in time.

Very convenient location with close proximity to the main train station and bus terminal. Walking distance to Christmas market. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Good water pressure.

Cozy bedrooms. Maybe too small if staying longer.
