Location to train station is good, and breakfast was decent.

This hotel is very poorly run. The staff is downright sleazy, and add all sorts of charges and pseudo taxes to your bill. The lobby reeks of a strong spice odor that makes the whole situation extremely unpleasant.

beds are so good. I dont know why but could sleep well. very near Frankfurt Hauptbanhof(central station).

staff(not everyone)'s atend. it was arroganete. He tried to give back change in torned(1/3) billete. When I asked it changed he showed unwilling way. space bet the chair of the desk and the bed is too narrow. location is very difficult to be found.

Proximity to train station.

Distracted staff. Mattresses on the beds were a bit uncomfortable. A lot of diesel taxis idling immediately outside the hotel's entrance.

Proximity to transportation.

No internet in roomI went down to reception and informed them that there was no internet on BOTH NIGHTS that I stayed there. Reception thst they would come and and sort it out. They never came to sort it out. I had to buy I internet access from a local telecommunications.provider.

Excellent location and good staff, size of the room was excellent.

It’s clean but needs to be upgraded and refurbished as it looks dated, reception entrances area needs to look more professional and fresh than dated old property. Restaurant in the reception lobby also needs much fresher and updated clean look.Breakfast is very limited and food quality is not very high. Breakfast items are cold and don’t look freshly made, for example parathas, pakoras and biryani very cold at any given time. Salads should have better options than just cucumber and tomato slices.Carpets in the hotel look old and not very clean.Rooms cleaning needs better attention to details.

We experienced disappointed moments in this Indian Hotel. While we were sleeping, staff knock the door like FBI at 7am. He came into room and start shouting about smoking in the room. We tried to explain that no one smoked in the room and we were sleeping. He continued to shout disrespectfully, entered the room even though we were in our pajamas, and threatened to call the police. We would never recommend this disrespectful people's hotel. PS: a strong scent of spices greets you the moment you enter the reception.

No service it is more like a guest house than a 4 star hotel

The room was very comfortable in a quiet location with all the mods and cons, and a bonus of a room safe.Substantial breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food.

friendly staff

Poor Experience OverallI was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dusty and didn’t feel properly cleaned. The internet connection kept dropping, making it difficult to get any work done. On top of that, the heater wasn’t working, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially at night. breakfast was basic Definitely not worth the price — I expected much better maintenance and service.

Reception staff was very helpful, respectful and friendly.

Bathing facilities were small but barely adequate. Halls to room were dark until entered when motion detector turned on lights

Paper walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There were people snoring, it was hard to sleep. Unprofessional, rude staff. Breakfast is poor, food freshness is questionable

Not too much

Rooms dated the shower in in the middle of the bedroom. The room had a very musty smell probably because the shower is in the bedroom.
