Location and the room was clean.

20 for parking is a bit much as well as the 20 breakfast. At least they had free WIFI. For me the room was very outdated and you could hear the neighbors.

Very clean, convenient and nice. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is perfect if you are searching for a place in this area.

Internet was not working most of the time, electricity went out at some point. They were aware of these recurring issues, it is shocking that we had to worry about internet and WiFi in a hotel in Germany!

The breakfast was very good; however, on the last morning there was no lemon available for the tea.

The room cleaning is rather superficial; for example, the shower bathtub is not properly cleaned.

This is my third stay at LH, I’m continuously highly impressed by the entire Staff members , the clean fresh rooms , most welcoming Receptionists (front desk team the Breakfast crew simply the whole development is DELIGHTFUL

The room was nice and cosy and the breakfast was great. Also, the hotel provides free parking and an electric car charging station for guests which is perfect.

The coffeeshop was closed at night.

Staff not very friendly, not rude but just again very functional.25 EUR to park overnight felt like a lot and was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Only 1 English channel I could see on the list, not even BBC News The kettle leaked everywhere :(

Large Lobby. Good Spread of breakfast

The Bed was too small and thin. I spent 4 nights, but not comfortable.For 4 days, the breakfast was exactly the same.

Very comfortable bed, quiet area. The staff were friendly, and (exceptionally for Germany) didn't answer in English when I addresses them in German!

I found the shower fiddly to use. Couldn't find a socket near the bed.

Outstanding staff. Excellent service. Very cosy, well equipped and clean rooms. Delicious and generous breakfast. My stay was very pleasant. Definitely reccommend the hotel!

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, there is a tram station nearby, which makes it very convenient to vist tourist attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped. We were very satisfied with everything.

Great staff, clean, good sound isolation from the noisy street. Very close to the tram and s-bahn stops.Finally, some good body and hair care products in the bathroom.

The neighbourhood is creepy. Even a short walk to the local castle makes you feel unsafe in the dark.Very hard matteresses on the beds.I would rather have a socket anywhere next to the bed instead of multiple night lamps.

The rom was a little smelling. No disposable slippers.

I regularly stay in this hotel because it's close to where I have to work. I wish the receptionists were more welcoming. I always feel that I'm bothering them when I check in or check out. They border on being hostile, even when I make an extra effort to be friendly with them. They don't look happy to be there at all. It leaves a sour note every time I leave. Same for my colleagues who have to stay there. The breakfast staff is lovely though.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet! The reception staff were also very nice and attentive. Moreover it is the best option when attending a concert at Jahrhunderthalle as there is a direct bus that stops right in front of the hotel even late after the show. The breakfast was also extensive and reasonably priced!

Just a small detail but it would be cool to have more vegan options at breakfast such as yoghurt or vegan ham/salami, etc. They had vegan cheese, plant based milks for coffee and beetroot spread so I was able to build a breakfast platter but it was limited. However this doesn't take away a point for me just a suggestion for next time :)

check in and check out was fast, cleanness of the room. coffe and tea in the room also ok.

costs high especially via the own site. noisy area. i did not bring my car as i find the parking cost and the parking spots not very nice. I am a bit allergic to dawn, so personally i would like that the dawn pillows and blankets are mentioned on the booking site.
