The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful!

It isn't a three star hotel, but it suited our needs for night. You don't want to be outside of this place after dark... There were junkies everywhere out front and it is a dirty area.

LOCATION NEAR TO MAIN TRAIN STATION AND STAFF IS GOOD,

drug addict peoples are always standing out side the Hotel and some time in side the hotel,The lift noise is very disturbing so they need to make is sound proof.

I didn't like anything, the experience was horrible,The street was full of Junkes, the room next to us was consuming a loot of weed and very noise The facility of the room was miserable as you are in 15th Century

Great place to stay! The property is right in the center and close to markets, the main train station, and the bus station. Super convenient and easy to get around.

Cheap rooms with private restroom you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness and location are not super great. It's right outside the red-light district (which for me wasn't a problem, but for others it might) and the streets don't feel super safe (but so does the entire city in my opinion)

It’s very close to the hauptbahnhof, only quality I saw.

Full of Crack-heads in street, flies on the towels, toilets not cleaned, windows-handle broken, floor full of dust and poor soundproofing.. one of the employees at the check-in was a bit rude and tried to scam me lol. I was also told that whenever I go out I must leave the room key to reception. Very annoying. On the check-in form, they also try to ask your consent for advertising three times. One of the employees was very kind towards me however for the price, you can find hostel twice cheaper, cleaner and safer. Mattress was too soft, softer than a quilt. Room was also cold as f**k. Also, during daytime, it’s a normal neighbourhood but at night, you are in the red district of Frankfurt

Super close to train station great price fair sized and furnished rooms for tue price. The street can be a bit loud but it is not terrible.Staff is a absolute 10/10 They seem to almost always have capacity so if you ever get stranded in frankfurt have a look there is friendly staff 24/7

Old rooms with very uncomfortable beds. The bathroom door had no lock. There was a lot of noise from outside during the night. We traveled during a very busy time and the price we paid was highly inflated for the conditions of the accommodation.

The hotel was booked in a rush, with no time to read reviews (thanks to the terrible work of Deutsche Bahn). We chose it only because it was close to the train station — it was already late at night, and getting anywhere else was difficult. It was our first time in this city, and we didn’t know the area.As it turned out, the hotel is located on an extremely unsafe street — surrounded by strip clubs, brothels, and love hotels, with plenty of drug addicts and aggressive people around. The first thing you notice upon entering is the smell of something old and musty. Everything is in desperate need of renovation.The room itself was absolutely disgusting — hair everywhere on the dirty bed sheets, horrible stains all over, and even hair stuck to the doors, which were covered in some kind of sticky residue. The old windows had mold, and all the furniture was filthy. The bathroom was just as bad, with dirt everywhere and hair on the toilet.All night long, people were shouting under the windows, car alarms kept going off — there’s zero soundproofing, it feels like you’re sleeping right on the street in the middle of all the chaos. There was no sign of fire safety either.To be fair, the staff member was friendly and brought us new sheets when we asked — but even those weren’t much cleaner. We ended up sleeping under our jackets. It was too late and we were too exhausted to look for another place.As an extreme experience, it was almost funny in hindsight — but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. For the same price, you can find a hundred better hotels. The owners of this place are utterly irresponsible and show zero respect for their guests.

Yes, it's in the area of the main train station, which is a bit special. If you're fine with that, this hotel is a good budget friendly option. Room were clean, reception is friendly, it was comfortable and even has a small desk to work. Compared to Hotel FortyFour, the other budget friendly hotel in that area, this gives a bit better feeling, so I'll prefer this in future. (However the other one is also fine)Room was big enough, bed as well. You can see it's a bit older, but it's ok.

I don't like to leave the key at reception, which is mandatory here.

Sheets are dirty. Dirty socks in the rooms. The door was punched. Cigarettes butt's everywhere. Showers are bad

I almost never leave a negative review but this place was the worst I've seen in years.. by far!Entering the room, the electrical plugs were burned almost like if there was a fire. The toilet was full of stinky shit, absolutely disgusting.I left after one minute and asked a refund.Staff useless and lying.They almost mention that the shit in the toilet was normal because of blocked piping in the building. So if anyone drops a shit in the floors above yours, you know what will happen to your toilet.. disgusting.They also want to keep the keys when you leave the premises.I have never been refunded.Everything screams scam and ruin away.I am still waiting for Booking to refund me but so far they haven't cared either..
