Villa Westend Hotel an der Messe

Very friendly staff. Very clean and large room. Great location by the 16 train and restaurants and bars.

Clean, clean large room, bathroom shower etc. Talking about Germany. Staff speaks English and makes you feel home. Wifi works. This hotel is next to a large exhibition center Frankfurter Messe, so it is easy to find even for the first timers. Parking.

It takes 5 - 7 min to walk to a station, when using public transportation.

I didn’t like the bathtub shower.. easy to slip and hurt yourself. The buffet breakfast is a continental breakfast and not English breakfast so it is very limited

Huge difference between online pictures and the room, the bed was old and worn down. There was absolutely no sound proofing so every time someone unlocked their door it sounded like they were entering your own room. You could also very clearly hear people taking showers and flushing their toilets. The breakfast was the smallest I’ve seen at a hotel and had a smoking area next door, so as soon as someone used the smoking area, it affected the breakfast area as well.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

We had a problem with a light in the bathroom which needed to be fixed. A male staffer entered our room while my wife was taking a nap. We had the do not disturb sign on the outside door handle and he entered without even knocking on the door. Can you possibly explain why he would do this? Extremely unprofessional.

1. In the room, I had to spend my days hunched over because the ceiling is sloping and I can't stand up straight.2. There are no bathrobes or slippers.3. Our beds are two mattresses on a box spring without a headboard and only one nightstand.4. We don't have a mirror.5. There is no telephone in the room or in the hotel.6. We don't have a desk in the room for a computer.7. The hotel doesn't have a kitchenette.8. The hotel only offers breakfast; there is no restaurant or anything else to eatbesides breakfast.9. Upon entering, there is a long staircase that makes it difficult to bring in luggage.10. There's only shampoo in the bathroom, but no conditioner.11. They only give you one old key, and if there are two people in the room and one enters, the other can't get in because they don't have another key.12. The bathroom door is loud and wakes you up at night.13. The internet is terrible.

Staff extremely helpful, food very nice and one stop by subway to main station and right by botanical gardens

Room felt tired and scruffy (eg coffee marks on table,)reported an annoying shower drip but no action taken, ditto plug wouldn't fit the bath so could not take a bathhad requested a quiet room but was given first floor on a busy road

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood within the otherwise busy city of Frankfurt. The property has an underground parking available at a fee. The staff are nice and friendly. We were able to check in earlier (at a modest fee) since our flight in FRA airport landed quite early in the morning. We were comfortable enough for a family of 4 staying for 1 night.

The location is great - just few minutes walking distance from the subway station. The room had direct views to Turm Tower and Mariott Hotel and had everything needed. The staff was very helpful and professional. Generally a very good hotel with comfortable feel.

It was a little noisy as the bedroom did not have its own dedicated door but it was minor, not too bad to disturb your sleep.

Shower was broken leaking water all over the place rooms doors handles broken apart one the worst hotel s I ever been in waste of time and money please booking don’t recommend for customers knowing booking. Com one the best and I highly recommended BUT THAT hotel VILLA WESTEND I don’t wish what happened to me happened to anyone else!? All I explained above documented on a video if it’s needed knowing they changed the room for me four times and the manger with name demon was aware but wasn’t helpful at all! Very bad attitude every room they assigned to me was worst the one BEFORE. Thanks for understanding.

The lady at the reception was really helpful in giving us directions on the best route to go to the train station and to go around the city. Beds are comfy.

The bathtub drainage was blocked. Water drained very slowly. Only 2 cups when the apartment is for 4.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, delicious breakfast and large rooms. Located near the Senckenberg Naturmuseum, which is very convenient.

Everything was fine

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the comfort of the bed. Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly. During our summer stay, with warm temperatures, the air conditioning made a big difference and allowed us to rest comfortably. The location is excellent, in a quiet and charming neighborhood, close to several transport options. Highly recommended.
