Quiet location near public transportation. Exceptionally nice breakfast clean and spacious room overlooking a public garden area.

No place to put folded clothes, no shelves or drawers, no stand to put luggage on

Staff were attentive, particularly the breakfast staff.Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and regularly stocked up.Room was very comfortable, with a very comfortable bed.Very convenient for public transport and Frankfurt centre.

Nice staff, very good location - close to the city centre, but at the same time very calm area, 2 minutes to Ubahn - you can easily get anywhere you want.

The hotel is a bit on the far side from center, the hotel itself is very old it feels like you are stepping back in the 1970s. bed wasn't comfortable and too small the room itself was small and the bathroom looked so outdated. at arrival the gentleman in the reception was eating and he didn't seem very pleased to see us, I asked if he needs my passport he replied no just money, he said money is the most important.

This is my 4th time in this hotel. I love everything about it: location, staff, breakfast, room.I will return there again next year.

I would suggest changing the pillows. There is no need in four pillows. Please buy decent ones that are more natural and less artificial.

The room was a good size with a nice shower and was quiet.

The tea and coffee making facilities were basic, no milk and poor instant coffee. The member of staff who checked us in was miserable but he was at least there! We never saw another member of staff until the time we checked out

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is in a decent and quiet local neighborhood but close to subway (U-line). The price is very reasonable. The breakfast is also very good.

We had a late check-out without a charge and the hotel personnel was very helpful and pleasant.

The Wi-Fi didn't work well in our room and the air-conditioning was difficult to master.

Excellent hotel. Liked everything. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Berger straße, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food in many places. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are clean. I definitely recommend it, and we ourselves plan to come back here.

The showerheads were very dirty, and the room itself was very dusty. The smell was also pretty unpleasant.

It is located at a quite part of the city but very central and tram is very close by. The staff made our stay exceptionally welcoming.

I have been here often, it is a nice oasis in a quiet area of town. The air-conditioning is very powerful. The rooms and bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast has good choice.
