Hotel staff is polite and friendly

Basic needs like toothpaste, brush should have been there

The room was spartan but spacious, comfy and cozy, which was important in the winter weather. Very clean and quiet. The staff was always willing to help and answer any questions.

We could have used something to store a few clothes, we had to use a chair as a wardrobe.

Location

Since day one the stuff especially receptionists were really rude and uncommunicative. My room was very cold,so I went to reception to explain and get help about it and I just go lots of sideeyes but nothing helpful. than I requested again ‘at least can you check it?’ then finally the receptionist woman came to control. I was all okay and ignore that but last day at 09:00 when I was laying down a guy walks into my room without even a knocking and just said ‘sorry housekeeping’. There was no dont disturb sign in the room even it was, at that early and without any checking to a single room was unacceptable. I was an alone women tourist and unfortunately terified. I explained the situation to receptionist and who just said ‘okay I understand, don’t you have the don’t disturb sign?’ and then nothing. There is no one sincere and helpful as my experience.

Fantastic staff- vibe was lively and fun! Instead of sitting in my room- I brought my book down and sat in the comfy sofas and relaxed! I can’t verify location to anything because I was relaxing day beforw flight home! 15 minutes drive to airport. Very clean! Modern with lots of amenities! 100% recommend! It is also affiliated with Marriott - maybe everyone knows this - just not me! Excellent breakfast and evening appies!

Clean, fun, had everything I needed from the gym to the room

Quiet comfortable and clean room on 4th floorA wonderful breakfast selection, and helpful clerk with calling a taxi.

The decor was very modern, we are older and appreciate a less colorful/ expressive decor, but this is designed for the younger persons.

The Hotel is nice and very quite.

One of the receptionist was arrogant and have a very bad attitude. Something was wrong or with the staff or with the system.I paid for breakfast, tax and parking on my arrival. From the following day I've been asked 3 times to pay again, hopefully i kept the receipts because everytime they said that in their system it doesn't show that i paid.

Relatively good location. With tram 11 towards the city center about 15 minutes

Amenities very poor. We asked for room service that never appeared in our 3 days stay.

I liked the hotel facilities and the staff. Complementary breakfast to compensate for the lack of hot water was nice. Location was good.

I didn't like that we had no hot water for haft of the stay.

Amazing venue, open 24hrs. There is always someone around Fun atmosphere Buffet breakfast was amazing! Room was spotless clean

1 shower has very little pressure in the morning when probably many guests take a shower. 2 no waderobe or other storage possibilities in the room, just 4-5 hangers flat at two hooks.3 no „please don’t disturb „ hanger in the room4 bathroom gives a bit a feel of an hospital one5 gym is fine but music too loud and they said they can not adjust it, weird6 way to expensive beverage prices 7€ for a 0,5L beer is pure greed 7 although they told me after I ask how the pizza is made ( from frozen into the oven) a 25 cm pizza for 13€ is hefty

The breakfast and the diversity to choose from are excellent. The look of the reception and bar is very youthful and refreshing.

The toilet on the ground floor could use some attention.

Well laid out, everything you need, ground floor was an exceptional space to spend time jn to work / socialise.

Towels were stained, so were the bedsheets. Also you should check out the shower head. The rain shower isn't dripping properly in room 525. And we couldn't connect the TV with the phone even tho it says it works.
