Decent value for a place near to the city center. Parking garage easy to reach and book.

Clean, good hotel with tasty breakfast.

The facilities and cleanliness were very neat and excellent

The soundproofing was nonexistent, so I could hear people walking and other noises in the morning way too clearly, making it impossible to sleep.

Super comfy beds as well as duvets and pillows. The room had all the necessities. Housekeeping, reception, and restaurant staff were all very nice. There is also a tram stop near the hotel as well as an Aldi supermarket.

Nothing at all

10 mins walk from direct tram to main train station, in a quiet commercial neighborhood (car dealerships, car repair etc), 5 mins walk to ALDI grocery store! Super clean sheets and bathroom! Room had AC, not sure why this isn't included as a room amenity. Friendly front desk staff. Furniture in room to put luggage on, in room safe. Costs about 10 euro to go to airport by tram/train and 18-20 by bolt/Uber (7am)

AC made a bit of a gurgling noise, couldn't find English channels on tv (no BBC/CNN)

For the price wish breakfast was free kinda expensive for the breakfast you get

Although the room was clean, it had a cigarretes smell. I know this is not the fault of the hotel, as there are no smoking signs everywhere in the room and fines for smoking. Most likely the previous guest smoked and got away with it... Maybe the smoke detectors should be updated. I also didn't like the internet connectivity, it was very poor. For a business hotel, this is definitely something to improve, as I had to use my hotspot to work.

Room was nice. Shower was good. A bit smaller than the photos though and not sound proof.

Location is a pain. Really remote and have to travel at least 20 minutes to get to the heart of frankfurt. Also not much nearby in terms of food / attractions.

Bad value

Bad pillow and an extra pillow couldn't be provided by the grumpy staff. Poorly isolated rooms so any noise from inside or outside can be heard. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Even for one night, bring earplugs and your own pillow(s). I might have slept better in a car...

The room was clean and tidy. There was a free of charge parking place.

No one was there to help me to carry my luggage. From the parking place to the lift, there were 5-6 stairs, meaning that you have to lift and carry your heavy luggage to arrive at the lift.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety and quality. Check in was easy.

Quiet area, close to an aldi. Comfortable bed, good shower. 12pm checking and checkout time.

Got a twin bed room, and it was small. I could not use the wardrobe as a bed was pushed right against it. Also, pointless pillows are super flat. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom. 10 minute walk to public transport into the city centre and then another 20 minutes using the tram. However better to stay here than city centre due to addict problem in the city centre

Even thought the photos look like the location is quite close to the city centre, its not. The location of the hotel is 30 mints from Frankfurt airport, however yet its quite far from the city centre. Apart from this everything was fine and decent enough for an individual to live.
