Pros +

  • The location is great. It is close to the train station as well as the The Romer is a short walk away.
  • It was a pretty nice stay. The room was a good size and had lovely views of Frankfurt city.
  • Great location, kind staff, but the facilities are in desperate need of an upgrade. Our radiator was broken in the room, and there were various amenities that I would expect from a hotel of this price - toothpaste, more than one spoon and fork etc - that were totally lacking. Nice enough place to stay, but bad value for money.

Cons -

  • The staff at reception were polite but not super helpful. I emailed beforehand requesting an earlier check in and got no response. The swipe card lock on our door broke during our stay and took a while to fix and so every time we wanted to get into out room we had to wait for someone from reception to come up to use the master key to let us in. One time they said they would come up straight away but then they forgot and we were left sitting upstairs in the hallway with our toddler for 10 minutes. We stayed on the 13th floor and the room had windows that can be fully opened (very easily), and an adult or child you could easily fall out - so it was super dangerous with an active toddler.
  • Very little really. It is dated and looks weird but we like quirky! The bar wasn’t open when we wanted the free drink offered for not having our room cleaned. They also wanted to charge us for a glass of fresh milk to take to the room which was petty, and they didn’t in the end.
  • Not very clean. Curtains partly off track. Mold on tiles and bath.Furnature falling apart. Made resv.early So request could be met for special visit.no conecting rooms. They where side by side. View Park Garage. On 3rd floor street side. All night hearing the cars race to the next Light. NO VIEW OF Ffm or the Main. Breakfast no place to sit. And Breakfast prime too high for what you had to offer. Very disappointed. Black links on wall where a picture once hung. More like a roadside Motel this visit.

Our room was upgraded and enormous at 50sqm, with fabulous views over the city. Excellent room facilities, an aparthotel with kitchenette. The location suited us as close to our friends’ home.We understand the hotel has been sold and is due an upgrade. It is tired but was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, a suitably wide choice.

The view (at least from the room on 11th floor) is just amazing! The personnel was super friendly and helpful. We got the free room upgrade. Also they allowed us to check out 1h later and to leave our car in the garage for a few more hours.

There were no pastries left when we were finishing breakfast, which was a bit disappointing.Noticed a couple of small spots on the towels. There are no sauna towels.

Only foreign males dealing with room services, not pleasant for female travelers. They did not speak any german nor english.

not my decision to make

The room was prepared according to my correspondence with the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers rather wide choice, maybe a little bit more vegetables would be great. Coffee is very good, strong, with many options.

Amazing huge suite with a view of the river.

No hot water for the first day and the last day it was also a bit iffy

Stayed in a delux twin, which was a great size. We asked for the beds to be seperated which was done by the time we came in later that night. Breakfast was good quality and you could ask for fresh, fried, poached eggs or omellete.

We were part of a group booking, we did not arrive till after 3pm and some rooms where still not ready. Although to be fair we got complementary drinks at the bar for the incovenience. We did book twin rooms but some were put in queen doubles but the hotel did put an extra bed in the room.

Restaurant staff were a fabulous bunch of Italians and very helpful.

No aircon and the heating was on when we got there. Took is a whole to figure out why the room wasn't cooling down.

The location, the pool, the price and the employees

Some minor renovations in room and halls

10MónicaPosted on: 9-29-2025

The view was exceptional—a clean and spacious room. Good breakfast

7JanePosted on: 9-28-2025

The view from the room was amazing. We were in the 12th floor but the room was definitely in need to some TLC and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The staff were excellent, particularly Noel who was exceedingly helpful and informative.

None of the wall sockets worked. Electrical sockets broken. Bathroom shower screen in poor repair and generally not great cleanliness.

9AnatolyPosted on: 9-20-2025

Friendly staff, good rooms, great location, good sauna with a pool.

Breakfasts were expensive, so I did not purchase them.

9AndreeaPosted on: 9-6-2025

Amazing views and location! Super great breakfast!

Furniture a bit dated. Windows need cleaning.

10MelaniePosted on: 9-3-2025
