    Pros +

    • The hotel is very clean with nice rooms and walking distance to the trains. It worked out well for walking to attractions or going to the subway to get to them.
    • The twin bed room was comfortable. The location is perfect for the purpose of our trip since it is at a very close distance to the Messe (walking 10 min. max)! The staff at the breakfast keep the place clean and tidy constantly! The breakfast is simple, no huge variety, but it has both hot and cold dishes for keeping you full till late afternoon (I must say I have no complain about this). All staff at the reception and at breakfast were friendly and positive to help when needed!
    • I was pleasantly surprised by your excellent staff at the front desk. All of them were so very nice but Federico was most exceptional. Superb and helpful in every way.Thank you.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was not included
    • The air-conditioning system in the room was too noisy so had to switch it off but this didn't affect the room temperature despite the cold days, it was fine without it! The water in the shower couldn't be easily adjusted to acceptable temperature as it was keep changing from hot to cold and vise versa without touching it so had to be really careful when was changing to hot because it was done suddenly and fast! The fact that the housekeeping service is charged extra, for cleaning/tiding the room and changing the towels etc. is a big minus because paying over 1000 euro for 4 nights is not a small amount and should have been included already. The bins in WC and room remained nearly full and dirty of course till the check-out date (sorry for mentioning it). We had to ask at the reception to find out where we can get clean towels as they didn't inform us upon check-in, so have this in mind in order to know where to got and get them when needed. Anyway, we had to get this hotel the last moment and the only reason was that it is very close to the Messe..
    • The kitchen stove was the hardest to figure out how to use. So I gave up, used the microwave only.

Great location, easy to reach from the train station and close to the Messehallen. The staff is friendly, check in is easy. Small in the room are perfect to make your own breakfast or dinner, the rest of the amenities are what you'd expect from a hotel room.

Excellent place! The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, with a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Free coffee and tea are available downstairs. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

    8DavidPosted on: 12-9-2025

The stay was smooth and nice; the apartment is well-equipped, and you can easily stay there for a week. Also, it is just in front of the Skyline Plaza, so if you want to do some shopping or grab some food, it is just perfect.

    All good in general

The hotel is excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and it feels quite new. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and although they are a bit small, they are cozy and comfortable. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The location is fantastic, right across from the mall and within walking distance of the convention area, which was extremely convenient. The hotel also offers basement parking, which is a great added benefit, although the only drawback is that it costs €18 per day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As for the things I didn’t like, the first issue was the city tax; I was charged €2 per day, even though this was never mentioned on Booking, which was quite surprising. It should have been clearly stated in advance, or at least highlighted before payment, and honestly Booking should take responsibility for making this information clear to guests. Another thing I didn’t like is that the hotel does not provide drinking water in the rooms, which is something most hotels normally offer. Yes, they do have a free coffee machine and a water dispenser in the lobby available all day, but it’s still not as convenient as having water provided inside the room. Also, although the basement parking is available and convenient, the price is quite high—€18 per day feels expensive for what is offered. As for breakfast, I didn’t try it, but from what I saw briefly, it looked fairly simple and I expect it to be average.

tee and coffee area close to reception.

The construction area is around the entrance of the hotel, but it was okay and not loud in the room on the other side of the building.Breakfasts could be longer on weekend time.

Just as expected, clean, central and very nice staff

    10Emine E.Posted on: 9-29-2025

The location and room size and facilities are good.

They can consider providing slippers in the rooms, considering they have everything else- the fridge, iron, hairdryer, shampoo etc.

    9Daniel A.Posted on: 9-28-2025

15 minutes by foot away from the main station. The rooms have a fridge, a security lock, an iron and a coffee maker. I think the best thing of the hotel is that you can get free water and hot drinks like coffee, tea and cocoa any time you want in the main floor. These hot drinks also include oat milk and oat milk based coffee and chocolate, so as a vegan I can really appreciate that. There's also a mall nearby where you can find a supermarket, a drug store, a pharmacy, and a bunch of restaurants with lots of different food options.

Not that close to the old town, so you'll probably have to walk to the closest metro station (which is probably Festhalle/Messe), the closest tram stop, or just walk 30 minutes; just keep in mind that the area close to the station isn't exactly pretty. There is currently a construction right in front of the hotel, so there isn't much of a view and we preferred not too open the curtains too much to avoid being seen by the workers below (we didn't hear much noise, though, so that's good).

Clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. 15 minute walk from the central train station. Excellent sheets, towels, bed and pillows.Lots of surfaces to place your things. Heated towel rack! Shower had great water pressure and intuitive controls. Friendly, helpful staff. Grateful for the option of dropping off our luggage several hours before check in.Can't say enough good things about the coffee machine in the guest lounge!
