Obviously hotel did a good job of upgrading with nice bed and furniture

bugs in shower, torn sheets, no night lights and NO WORKING PLUGS ( one plug looked damaged and possibly dangerous), loud bathroom fan (auto turn-off worked once in a while), not an area of Frankfurt I would let my daughter walk around at night

I didn't even stay. When I saw the surroundings I got horrified. People lying in the street, drugged people. It is clearly an area of prostitution. Dirt in the streets. In former times, that area of Frankfurt wasn't that bad.

The location where the hotel is situated seems a bit unsafe. On the same night I stayed at the hotel, there was a fight and the police came. The elevator was also broken during my stay, though it might be fixed now.

in the first room the sink was stuck.in the replacement room the refrigerator was stinking enormously.

This place is not fit to be called a hotel. Halls, stairs, landings and bathrooms had not been cleaned in months. Everything could have been way better. We only liked that it was near the station. Didn't like the dirt on the street. Men urinating in door ways. Open drug dealing/taking on the street and proximity to red light district. In my opinion it should not be on booking.com. Even reception staff said it was not suitable for our family group of ladies and advised us not to book it again. They were not very helpful during our stay. Opened the fridge upon departure to find smelling, rotting food that had been there for god knows how long. BEWARE !!!

The equipment in the room are nice

Location, the location is in red light zone of Frankfurt , but near by the train station and other places we wanted to visit

I didn’t like anything the room has horrible

The room smelled of cigarettes and was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty and smelly. Bed sheets were dirty and full of cigarettes burns, stains and hair, curtains were not to be touched full of stains, bathroom was not clean and the toilet was leaking water plus there was leftover food from one of the previous guests. When I asked the sheets to be changed they pretended nothing was wrong and I insisted to change them. They brought new bed sheets and let me change them. On top of this it was super noisy and I was to pay €400 for this terrible experience. Absolutely awful and the worst place I have ever stayed.

Big SCAM , dirty and...

Everything. Terrible location, a lot of homeless and prostitutes on the street. Thats not even the main problem, they would often allow them inside the hotel. 2 nights I heard someone trying to force the door, I didnt feel safe at all. Besides that, everything was crazy dirty, stains everywhere, on the pillows, towels, mattress and mattress sheets, walls… I took many pictures to prove this scam. And the hotel wasnt even cheap, I paid more damn 130€ a night.

The hotel has good location, near to the main bus station.

Was not clean, and the staff was not really friendly.

The stay was all in all positive, friendly staff and the room facilities were adequate.

The location was perfect, very central near the train station, but it was in the middle of the red light district and was very noisy, the streets were packed with people.

Amit was very friendly and reassuring, The hotel is in a bit of a polarizing area especially if you had not read the reviews and had just got off a 30+ hour flight. Staff gave me extra sheets free of charge. Was surprisingly quiet during the night.

Used water glass in corner of the room from previous guest I assume. The sheet had a black footprints on them so I got new sheets from reception. There were people in the a.m. on the street outside the hotel trying to take my suitcase off me due to the area of the hotel, one must be assertive, firm and quick on their feet.

The most dirty room ever seen, the online photos are not the same as the reality, not even close to. Bad smell, dirty bed sheets and dirty furniture. I am sorry to give such negative feedback but it is the truth. I had to check out after 8 minutes from the check in.

Very Bad ! Very Untidy! Water was blocked in the washbasin! No socket (Plug) were not working only 1 socket for both fridge and TV! Bath room very old need proper renovation!
