The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.I was a bit unsure while booking bcoz of some bad reviews regarding cleanliness and temperature. However, both the rooms that we got were very clean, comfortable and had temperature control.

If you are carrying multiple trolley bags then be prepared to lift them and struggle a bit through the main entrance.

Bathroom well-appointed, hotel location, excellent double glazing and drapes blocking out the light. Kettle provided with coffee etc. Beds were comfortable.

Housekeeping taking all day to attend to the room. Insufficient lighting in the room. Pillows could be better.

The location is good

Room # 38 on 3rd floor. Water was standing in the washbasin. Even I report on the reception, but they don't solve the issue.

Size of rooms were good

Lights were removed, I had to live in a room with only one bulb.

I don’t get any breakfast

The location and the breakfast is good

The pillows, bed, towels and the floor carpet are old.

Seamless check in and great central location.Just walking distance from main Railway station.

It was quiet

Tv didn’t work. Elevator Brooke down for three days had to climb five flight of stairs at least twice daily. Bed sheets never changed though housekeeping came daily.

Lift was not working. Cups for tea/coffee and basket for trash need to be placed in the room.

The staff was very friendly. 24 hour concierge . The room was decent. Convenient location right next to bus station. .

No room service. The room wasn’t so clean. There was chewing gum on the floor and bath tub. The carpets were worn and stained. The breakfast was disappointing considering the price. The room was noisy because of central location.

The location is excellent, very close to both the train and bus station. Despite being right by the bus stop, my room (46) was very well soundproofed and completely quiet, which made the stay comfortableit was a spacious room

My first booking kept getting cancelled, so I had to arrive as a walk-in guest and was asked to pay in cash. The check-in was unpleasant, as the first staff member ignored me when another guest speaking German arrived, which didn’t feel welcoming. The next day I requested the room to be cleaned and sprayed, as I found small ants in the bathroom, but nothing was done. I came back to a dirty room with an unwashed water glass; only the bin had been emptied and the bathmat and towel replaced. I had to remind the lady receptionist that spraying the room was the most important request, not just changing the bathmat.The mattress and pillows were outdated, and the carpet needs replacing. The bathroom curtain was worn, and the sink had no stopper, so if you drop something like an earring, it disappears. The hallways were dark, possibly due to power-saving mode, but this made them feel a bit unsafe, even during the day.Overall, the place has great potential thanks to its location, but it really needs some TLC. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

Decent room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, reasonable price and very conveniently located next to the Frankfurt (Hbf) rail station

Great location near the station! You can come in the side door of the station and be there within 3 minutes! They're also lots of places to eat and drink nearby.I had a single room which actually was bigger than I anticipated, the bathroom was also quite large. There was a small fridge which was helpful also, as well as a kettle which always makes life nicer!

It can get a little bit noisy but that's a trade-off for convenience being near the station and the amount of activity there.
