Excellent communications and even better beds! Loved the pillows (finally a hotel with good pillows!)

It would have been hashing we could've charged the car up for the night.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel’s facilities are quite poor — there was no fridge, and the breakfast selection was very limited.

Convenient location for the airport (with frequent buses) and for Frankfurt, and beside a park, grocery store and near the town center

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast, the receptionist are always ready to help. Not so far from the airport.

My single room previously was double, they just closed the inside door between the rooms which was not sound proof and all night long I listened to my neighbors speaking and giggling

Disaster

I was extremely disappointed by the racist attitude of the gentleman working at the night reception. Both my wife and I were so disturbed that we couldn’t sleep the entire night.The very first thing he said to me was, “You haven’t paid yet, please make the payment.” I replied that I had already paid, but he insisted—multiple times—that I hadn’t. Why would I lie? I have plenty of proof: tons of emails, bank statements, and so on.Then, while I was filling out the form, I politely let another customer go ahead of me. When I returned, he suddenly started speaking in German. I said, “Sir, we were just speaking in English, please continue in English.” He said, “Oh, sorry,” and switched back for a moment—but then immediately asked in german, “How long have you been here? Why haven’t you learned German yet? in a rude mood.”Who do you think you are to question me like that? What gives you the right?I told him exactly what I thought that night: I am an engineer in a highly international field. By the way,I’ve been here for a year and a half. Of course, I’m learning the language to integrate better, but I don’t owe him any explanations!I want to say this to all the tourists, businesspeople, and residents from around the world who visit Frankfurt: don’t give racists like this man a platform. Avoid supporting businesses that tolerate this kind of behavior whenever possible.Yes, I am a Turk and a Muslim.My wife in hijab also.But I came to Germany to be part of the system and contribute positively to it. What may seem like a small incident to some has caused deep emotional harm to us.Wishing you all better and more respectful days ahead.

Location was good for airport drop off. Lots of street parking around corner from hotel.

The lack of on-site staff during check in made it more difficult. No access to underground parking.

This was fine for one night as it was right next to the airport bus stop and a great Thai restaurant (short walk through the industrial estate ).It was a bit strange not to meet any staff though!

For the low price, this hotel offered a much more comfortable room than expected. Large, high-quality bed with a memory foam pillow. Grocery store and bus stop right in front of the property.

Süper easy to come from airport. Clean rooms.

No air cinditioning system. Room was a bit cold.

breakfast is much too expensive, so we did not have it in the hotel.suggest a cheaper, snack breakfast option, eg coffee/tea and croissant??

Underground parking is nice. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly.

There's no aircon. I would not have booked it if I had known.There's fluffy dust hanging off the ceiling in the hallway, a sign of lack of cleaning.

Not far away from football stadium if you are a football fan.

If your room is facing the main road you won’t sleep much. The noise will start at 5am and your sleep is over.
