Very clean, friendly staff, secure facility. It's in a pretty good location and is also pretty quiet

Upon my return, I realized that 50 euros were missing from the total. This was unexpected, especially from an Ibiza hotel. I would appreciate it if you could check the situation, as it left me feeling uneasy and concerned.

Excellent location, close to trams, Ubahn and other means of transport. Safe, nice rooms and close to restaurants. I would definitely recommend for someone to stay. If I go back to Frankfurt I'll check in here again.

I had a pleasant stay at ibis budget Frankfurt City Ost. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, very close to public transport, and it’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Overall, the price is reasonable for what you get, making it a good option for a short stay in Frankfurt.

The room is very small, booked for 2 adults and 1 child. It's not enough, there's no luggage storage, and the movement inside is limited. the location in the city center and noisy all Police car siren in your ear.the pillows not comfortable

It was in prime location and there was no noise. we slept soundly

The room was clean but there are hairs everywhere. Washbasin, bath tub and in the bed.The breakfast was very limited

The beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean. The room was fairly functional and it was too far away from the city centers.

It’s a budget hotel for a reason so I couldn’t call it the cleanest place ever ie dirt in the corners. The guy at the desk is rude. The “be green” thing where you sacrifice getting your whole room cleaning and getting new towels gets you 1 bev total, not 1 per person like at every other ibis budget I’ve stayed at. It’s not far from the activities in the city but it’s not close. The bathroom, sink, and toilet are all separated which honestly I just didn’t like but that’s more of a personal opinion thing.

Location is great. Parking is not free but convenient and discounted. Staff are so kind.

Bunk bed is a surprise for 3 visitors. Not all guests can use it.

The breakfast wasn’t the best if you’re a vegetarian, not too many options, and I didn’t like that they didn’t have any refrigerators in the room.

Fast check in & out. Descend room and location. Room was relatively clean. Good value for money.

Cleaning lady entered our room after a fast knock without even having the chance to respond. We stayed only for one day what exactly is the purpose of knocking and getting in 9:00am when check out is at 12:00? Or just give time to people to respond and don't get in. Mattress of the beds is terrible but you get what you pay for. When showering water gets cold or hot randomly. The noise from other rooms can be very loud but also standard case for ibis.

Not very close to Frankfurt city center, but it’s located in a seemingly quiet area and has paid parking available nearby. It’s adequate for a short stay.

The pillows are low quality and very thin; they could be improved or at least provide two per person.

The location, is very close to the subway.

The A/C service is a joke, staff said that the A/C is general of the building and only gets activated when is more than 26 Celsius, I chose this option for the A/C, it was a completely disappointed experience.

The room was very nice and the city is very much accessible from the hotel with public transport just outside the hotel. There is also parking available.

Breakfast options were limited and the cleaning staff was not very approachable. AC was not working at all.

Nothing honestly, staff were ok! The rest was not good.

Bathroom is weird with no proper shower space. No AC, no tissues, bed not comfortable, pillows were so small and thin! Even window couldnt be opened.
