The hotel was so unclean. There was trash in the hallways, internet didn't work, carpets were stained everywhere, room smelled of cigarettes, and bedding was uncomfortable. 0/10 would recommend.

Seemed old and was not fresh clean, had an odor.

No WiFi in the rooms!!! The bedrooms had no WiFi for someone travelling that's a big problem!!! Especially when you didn't get a SIM card.

The hotel and room was not clean, It was a low-budget level, not clean. But The rate was highlevel! Really not oké!

Just the location was handy very central

To many drug dealers around the corner of the hotel and did not like being harassed by them

The good thing about this hotel is its central location near the main railway station.

When I arrived, the staff did not mention breakfast, even though it was included in the price. They also did not provide the Wi-Fi password; I had to ask separately for both. I was unable to reach the staff by phone at any time.The hotel is not particularly clean. The lobby smells of cigarette smoke, and people are smoking inside in the bar area. The bathroom was okay and the bed was good, but one of the blanket was dirty. The internet did not work.

Very dirty in all ways. Smelly toilets, you could smell weed and cigarettes even tho it’s a non smoking hotel. One of the staff members was rude. The room service guy had a bad BO too.

Smoke - When I walked into the foyer it smealt of Smoke (probably from the bar). This didnt bother me that much as saw there was a bar and didnt expect it in the rooms. however, when I got to my room (room 309) the hallway also smelt of smoke even though it was a non smoking floor and the bedroom also smelt. It was pretty grim.Also, my TV didnt work and no one came to fix it. I felt for this service and smell it was expensive

No water in room no hangers WiFi out of range rubbish

The internet didn’t work for three days. How is this possible? They knew about it and couldn’t do anything. One of two elevators didn’t really work. Since they didn’t block it, i couldn’t call the other one, when the broken one was on my floor, so I had to take the stairs from the fifth floor with heavy luggage. Thank you for nothing.

No wifi, dirty, not worth...

On turning on bathroom light the airfilter banged so loud it hurt my ears. You would not walk on the floor without shoes. Room felt old and hair on the sheets. No wifi

Very disappointing experience – not recommendedWe had a very bad experience at this hotel and were extremely disappointed. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Whenever we asked for anything, they responded in a rude tone, repeating themselves sarcastically and speaking very badly. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in hospitality.The room was not clean at all. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty, and overall hygiene was very poor. The bathroom was extremely small, and every time we took a shower, water splashed everywhere, making the bathroom unusable.This is not our first time booking a hotel in Frankfurt, but this was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Nothing met our expectations, and the service, cleanliness, and comfort were all very poor.We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We liked nothing about this hotel.

Hotel was in very bad section of town. On street car parking is risky to possibly have your car broken into. One of the worst hotels we have ever stepped into. We did not stay the night

The property was in a good spot unfortunately the management was good enough, especially the front desk lady. She was the worst woman ever I have seen. She charged my car two times.And she was very rude

Ok hotel for a short stay next to Frankfurt Main.

A little bit old, nothing to worry.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of things to choose from. I liked whatever it was I ate. I don’t recall now.

People were noisy on the street up to 2:00 am in the morning. I could hear it through the window. I didn’t know how to turn the TV . The remote control didn’t turn it on. Do, instructions should be left in the room on how thing’s worked. There was only one pillow on the bed. Other than that, the room was worth the price

A question for the owners and staff:Would you sit on a toilet covered in someone else’s residue and pubic hair?Would you sleep on a pillow soaked with other people’s sweat and bodily fluids?Would you lie in a bed and worry about scabies or bed lice?Because that was my experience here.Yes, this is a budget hotel in a rougher neighborhood, and I expected basic—not luxury. What is never acceptable, regardless of price or location, is extreme unhygienic conditions.The room felt neglected, not accidentally unclean. Dirty bathroom, stained and foul-smelling bedding, and an overall sense of “minimum effort, no care.” This matches many of the negative reviews I unfortunately didn’t read closely enough beforehand.This is not about comfort—it’s about health and safety. Read the critical reviews carefully before booking.I flagged your hotel to the Gesundheitsamt (Public Health Office) Frankfurt am main, as I am genuine worried for the health and safety of your future guests.

Close to hbf

Carpets in Rooms are filthy dirty. My room smelt really bad, I had to leave the windows open for 30 mins when I arrived .
