there was construction facing it and the breakfast area was too small for the amount of people wanting to have breakfast

This Hotel is a great option for business travel or solo travel. I would not recommend this Hotel for Families or a group of Friends.

It is quite far from the nearest train or tram station.

we didn't like the weather

Only the location was convenient.

The room was not clean, very small, and uncomfortable. The service was poor and the staff were not helpful. There was also too much noise. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Close to Messe Frankfurt and Sky shopping mall. The Hotel was nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was also ok for this kind of hotel.

The room was cold in January. Bring extra blankets or ask for them.

Comfy bed, good location for the Messe and a hot shower.

Breakfast was a poor show. I was staying for 5 nights and so, whilst a buffet fry up is good for one, maybe two days, It would have been nice to have some better cereal options. Like porridge or bircher museli and better fruit options - Not a fruit salad in sight! Just some sorry bruised apples and bananas.

Good location near a shopping mall and not too far from the city center.

On arrival, the booking showed 2 guests instead of 3, even though the confirmation was correct. The issue was resolved, but it’s best to double-check that the price does not change.Underground parking is limited and shared with nearby hotels, and the hotel’s spaces are right at the entrance/exit.

Location is good, staff was good , room neat and clean

But room space was less with a sofa bed along with it . No rack space for clothes, no much hanger space, no other storage space as well were the main drawbacks.

There was fungus in the room . By mistake i duplicate my Booking there have been Not consideration for the total amount charge .

Very clean and nice rooms! Parking very easy!

Not close to many places so hard to walk anywhere. Walls are paper thin so could hear the room above us having conversations and walking. Had a very hard time sleeping.
