good location between urban center/main rail station and airport....three groceries close by and a couple places to eat...good restaurant on site....shuttle to airport.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and quiet. Great price, although when we tried to book again for another stay two weeks later, the price had gone up by 70 Euros.

The neighborhood did not have much in the way of shopping or dining. We left early after checking out and there was noplace open at which to buy breakfast that early in the morning.

Great hotel, location was a little bit farther from the center than expected, but overall I had a great experience.

The staff were extremly attentive in all my needs. Location is good, you have Bahn very near and even by car you are not far from city center.

I have been in this hotel several times in the past 15 years. Experience this time was very bad. Room temperature was extremely high. Air conditioning not working. Reported this to receptionist, the only offer given was a very noisy fan….Opening the window was also no option due to room close to entrance of hotel. Very noisy with loud laughting smoking guests outside to late midnight. A call to reception did not effect in anything. So, probably this was my last stay here.

The doors in the hall way are EXTREMELY NOISY.Also the fridge was 2x making a very "bonking" noise, 1x at 5 a.m.I needed to get out of bed to solve this bonking noise.The hotel badly needs renovation.

Good location. Parking garage.wide selection of breakfast dishes.Tasty food in the restaurant for a dinner. Nice personnel.

Room insulation is not sufficient. Price during Messe is quite high.

Hotel was very good with respect to Staff, Cleanliness, Restaurant. But the lift ( Elevator) to the 4th Floor was not working. Except 4th Floor , for all other floors , the list was working. I have requested room in another floor, since I had Knee Pain, they have agreed and provided me a room in another floor.Location was good. It was very near to Main River.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and the staff there was very friendly. Overall, a great experience.

You can tell the property could use a re-fresh.

This is probably one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in! The room is fantastic. It is not brand new by any means but very well maintained and clean. The room was a real highlight for me - the air con is lovely and cold (and quiet!) and I had a nice view of the city skyline. I would definitely return here when visiting Frankfurt!

Check-in was slow as was getting parking paid for - but I think that is splitting hairs as the whole experience of this hotel was really great!

close to the airport, the hotel offers nice, spacious and clean rooms and a bar/restaurant. Service is perfect and special credits go to the waiter of the restaurant, really customer oriented.

A fitness area seems to be missing

My flight was cancelled due to weather. It was already 23:00 when I did the booking (last minute). Good thing was the proximity to the airport and the 24 hour reception. The room is good in terms of confort.

The receptionist was very tired and I overloaded with all the last minute check-ins due to the many cancelled flights. I was the last one in line. I asked for some help to find a late night restaurant, but no support there. He was even pushy for me to fill the form, because he had much to do. It was really uncool. After a full day traveling and tired, I still had to take that. Anyway, there is room for improvement. The hotel should consider having a night staff. Clearly the guy was working the whole day. Regarding the breakfast, I am not able to assess it. I didn't take it because I found its cost of 20 euros (July 2024) a bit excessive.

very good hotel for business purpose as it was close to the location where we were having the event. I choose this hotel because I know the overall high quality of the hotel chain and it was well situated close to my event location.
