Living Hotel Frankfurt

Easy parking. Clean room. Decent shower pressure. Day staff was helpful, night staff not so much.

Room too small. Expected balcony and didnt get one. Bad location- walking to anything is usually 15 minutes. Neighborhood is hard to navigate. Shower leaks onto floor. Make my own breakfast for 18 euro. No coffee service in room.

I booked this hotel using their pictures to choose a room type. The room we were booked into was not the same room I booked. It took them 3 tries before we finally got a room similar to what I booked using their own photos.

At check-in we were not given the room I booked using their photos. We were told a similar room was not available. After pushback from us a room finally appeared that was similar, but not exactly the same.

The room was spacious with lots of storage to keep looking nice. Little bit like a 'home' away from home.One silly thing, I needed to cut my suitcase ties open, no scissors, the staff of course helped me out. I did buy a pair next day and left in the tool drawer.

A clean and pleasant rooms. There is a big Supermarket just near the hotel. Shower was big and with hot water. Very good price

The hotel is located in a living neighborhood, you have to take the public transportation for 20 min to arrive to the center. No caffe or resteraunt around.

Avoid - horrid area and...

No signs in the endless corridors where to find the lift. Insist on checkin from 3pm although dozens of rooms are clearly aready prepared. Ghastly endless ipad checkin process (where you have to reenter all the data you already gave to Booking.com) and *another* menu to pay the 2€ tax and *another* menu for checkout.

They upgraded me to a corner suite which was very ergonomic and clean. The room itself was stocked with amenities most hotels won't provide and included a balcony with a pretty nice view of the city.The location itself was very convenient, the city center was a 10 minute walk and if you don't feel like going all the way there's a supermarket in the building next door.

I like the location of the hotel as it is right next to a supermarket. The room, bed and bathroom are all super clean with floor heating in the bathroom. I enjoy my stay at Living Hotel every time.

The location was great, just 10min walk to the sudbahnhof station.The room was big and comfortable. Very functional kitchen and a huge bed and shower.

When we got there we had somthing missing in our room and we also noticed that one of the towls was stained. At the lobby, we felt the staff was somewhat discontent to replenish the things that needed attention. Other then that, everything was great

The hotel rooms are nice different than hotels. The room is well designed and interesting. And we appreciated all the things they got right - like a bedside table with light and power, bathrooms that have room to move and the showers are great. The breakfast options include frying your own eggs, squeezing fresh orange juice, and many varied option - very nice

Breakfast, park on the area, got 2 free beers and a bottle of water. Great value for money.

Just to say something: there were several channels on television (for several countries), but at end only German channels (and 1-2 English) worked

Room was clean and the air con worked well. Great to have a balcony.The open nature of the reception lounge business centre was modern and fresh.

Staff were not particularly well trained or friendly. The open nature of the main hotel reception lounge means that it is important that the staff engage with guests in a positive and welcoming way. Sadly this was not the case with the staff on duty in the morning.

Clean and beautiful room, had all the necessary facilities. Great service and friendly staff, good location. It was such a pleasant stay (2 weeks).

We liked the design aspects of the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and the light and climate controls was easy to use.

The bed was very small. Even though the room was spacious with a lounge area, the bedroom section was very tight - almost claustrophobic. The bathroom did not have a proper door and it did not close (it was about 10 cm open). A minor thing was that the door to the kitchen area was left open throughout the entire breakfast, which was quite unsightly - considering the otherweise nicely designed area.

Overall, it is a 3-star hotel, well-located close to the airport and city centre. The breakfast is of continental quality, well served and starts at 6 AM on weekdays, which is an advantage for business travellers.

If you are claustrophobic, avoid staying there. The room is small, and if you're lucky like me, you'll walk about 150 metres along the corridors to reach your room. At night, before bed, I wanted to have a beer at the bar, but there was some sort of performance with screaming people, which drove me back to my room.

Everything! - the room size, the way it was decorated, very clean and comfortable, very good facilities and friendly staff. I just cannot fault anything about this place.

Spacious apartment, Comfortable beds. Quiet location, close to city.

A few more clothes hangers in the wardrobe would have been useful.

It was a good room for long stay. We had dining table, desk and one more table - excellent if you had to work. Kitchen had enough dishes, tableware and cups. Also hotel gives to us few teapacks and small jar with coffee beans, in the fridge we found chocolate bar and beer. Also we had free watercooler in our floor.Room had climate control system. That is important because I didn't see air conditioner in the photos.It the hotel building we found supermarket. Other big supermarkets in 15-20 minutes by walking.

Internet wasn't good. Sometimes it drop connection.
