Everything is good and everyone was friendly helpful smiling supportive there is lady in reception her name is slivia she is the best

Tv was small and no tray for coffee and tea in the room

Breakfast - I didn’t know you can do something wrong with scrambled eggs. Well, relexa was ableI couldn’t enter my room several times - the cards just didn’t work. But having a pleasure to stay at the 6th floor, it took me a while to ask manager and open my door. So I was late for a scheduled meeting

Excellent stay and one of the best prices around Frankfurt. It has a working sauna and Turkish bath from 5pm. The breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The free street parking situation can be a bit tricky, so we went with the motorbike to avoid the hassle.

The sauna was terrific

They played music the whole time over loudspeakers throughout the building, it was terrible music

The staff was so friendly, clean and not noisy

I was not happy that the pub they have was smoking! It would be nice to relax after a long day , this is one thing I look forward to in a hotel after a busy work day and could not enjoy because of a smoking pub! They need to send them out side and not by the door so we walk in and out of the hotel smelling and tasting like smoke. I will not be staying here again and my company. So unhappy about this!

The hotel was clean and nice.

There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room and I expected more from a four-star hotel.

The cleanliness.

The room was not heated at all. It was peak winter with 0 degrees. I found out that the room heaters were switched off at night. It was a difficult night with a baby with us.

Pleasant

Heating stopped in the middle of the night. We were traveling with an infant, so had issues.

Good breakfast with many options and good coffee machines. The room had enough space to feel relaxed and 3 pieces of furniture to sit. Checking in and out was easy and in general did not encounter any significant issues.

The only issue I had was connecting to WiFi with a company laptop. The WiFi system is one of those that in order to get internet access you are first redirected to a web page. Secured business/company laptops don't allow any redirection and internet access until a secure connection to the company's VPN is established.

Nice hotel, good facilities and very friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast.

Nothing specific. Just note location for those wanting quick access to Frankfurt city centre.

The Hotel was little faraway from the Fraankfurt Central Station. However, Hotel as very good. Rooms were clean. They have good staff. Restaurant was also good with Vegetarian options.Bathroom facilities were very good.

The property was just alright, the building they show in the photo looks beautiful but inside of the hotel it is not so great.

It’s car park has a slippery floor on which car Tyre make squeaky sounds and space is narrow, no charging for EVs, and staff is not friendly, not very helpful, expensive, in the restroom( washroom ) only a small piece of soap and small shampoo packet, ( only one) whereas the room was for two of us.

The location is ideal, the staff are nice and the facilities are clean. The underground parking was cheap (15€ for an entire weekend) and the restaurants at the hotel had plenty of variety of food.

In order to have a room with AC you have to upgrade.We went on a day where it was 30°C out and it was unbearable to sleep without taking cold showers right before.

Lovely big room, very spacious bathroom, windows that actually opened fully! It was really nice that breakfast was included as we aren’t massive eaters of breakfast so we could have something little and not feel out of pocket for having some toast for breakfast.

The rooms were a little tired and could do with updating but they were spotlessly clean.

Close to the bus stop.

It was so hot inside the room and the fan didn’t work at all. On top of that the extra bed that was requested, was so bad the guest got a back pain.
