Motel One Frankfurt-Messe

Its location and staff friendliness

Air conditioning system not available during my staying. Very basic services, even for a 3 star hotel / motel.

Great place to stay. Very large rooms and very large bathrooms. We were traveling as a couple, but this would also be a great place to travel with children. Hotel is across the street from several restaurants and they have a large parking garage.

It delivers whats on the tin - clean, simple, convenient. Nothing flashy, good for work trips to Frankfurt.

Corridors didn't smell very good.

Minimalistic and comfy. Nice for a brief stay! Great view on the fireworks in the NYE night:)

Too little storage space, at least some small clothes hanger would help.

Everything was great, excellent breakfast, all team members I met were very attentive, special mention to Andrei.

Fine hotel close to my busienss location. With good breakfast and a quiet room

The breakfast location was perfect! Tucked back in a private, quiet location. Andrei was fantastic!! He always made sure I had exactly what I needed, gave me some valuable tips, and was genuinely interested. Also, the front desk was very helpful with provide g directions to the U4, and helping make my room more comfortable with a portsble fan. They also supplied me with an adapter. Try the Mermaid Gin with cucumber and Fever Tree Tonic Water!!

An explanation of the lighting in the room would be helpful for those traveling from abroad.

We stayed here because of the Frankfurt marathon, although full the staff were really friendly even during the peak times and while under stress.The rooms was clean and neat, more on the smaller side but had everything you need.

Location was great next to conference center and metro station to get downtown. Breakfast was also fantastic. The staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were clean, but very small.

The rooms don't have any closet which was challenging for business travel with suits and clothes you don't want wrinkled.

The room was neaty and clean. Everything new and designed in my favorite colors. Breakfast was tasty. Location was close to exhibition hole and there was a mall nearby. The location looked normal.

There was no kittle in the room. There were no hot dishes like becon and scrumbled eggs on the breakfast. I guess that the hotel is really nice and naming it as Motel sounds strange as it looks and feels like a hotel not a motel.

Motel One Frankfurt Messe is located near the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt, just a walking (10 mins) distance from the Main Train Station. Next to the Motel One there is also a huge shopping mall which make life outside of "working stuff" quite easy. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that it was possible to open window to get some fresh air (I'm not in the AC fanclub). The breakfast option was nice - mainly cold plate but plenty to choose from and quite delicious bread. Friendly and helpful Staff.

Noisy, but with all essentials...

Impossible to sleep - a lot of noise from within the hotel corridors, people coming late and getting up early are heard.

For the price, everything was great — excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

The property is currently under renovation, so the restaurant and part of the lobby are not available at the moment.

Location was excellent just outside Skyline Plaza. Plenty of parking place in the basement though it costs 20€ for 24h. Rooms were very clean and staff very nice.

Renovation in the hotel going on but it will not disturb you from 7pm to next day 8am.

For a 3 star the hotel and chain are very elegant and contemporary. I have stayed in other Motel One hotels and always feel comfortable with my stay.

This location unfortunately had renovations in the lobby area that was not communicated. Additionally the workmen were very inconsiderate that their worksite was in the middle of a working hotel with guests. Leaving items in the minimal walkways and obstructing doorway exits. Zero signage and no acknowledgment or apology from the hotel staff. Disappointing as my previous stays at Motel One hotels have always been positive.

The hotel was very clean and quiet - I had a very good night's sleep.

I didn't find out until I arrived that breakfast was not available owing to the ongoing refurbishments. They did at least offer coffee and some pastries, but not the full breakfast buffet that I had expected.

Great location close to Messe and a quick bike ride to the city center, nice bar downstairs, parking available
