INNSiDE by Meliá Frankfurt Ostend

It is an attractive hotel, hallways, lobby.

The bathroom had no wall or barrier to separate shower from rest of bathroom. Floor was soaked every time I talk a shower. Poor design. Clerk at desk did not know how to explain key card needed to be inserted at room door, not tap.

Good location with many restaurants within short walking distance. Close to the river and great underground parking garage.

Location is very convenient. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The shower room¿s floor is very slippery and it also has a sharp corner of a glass plate.

Super close to Train and restaurants - we were leaving the next day so didn¿t have much time to wander about. Clean and efficient even provided a few free beverages in refrigerator in the room; a nice touch.

It was a horrible experience. There was hair under pillows from previous guest. The room smells like someone has been smoking in it.

Very modern , clean , nice room , great shower and bed .

The location was great, there were a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The buses stopped very close by. I will stay there again if I travel back to Frankfurt.

It is in a good location close to shops and the subway. The free mini bar is good value too

1) booked late check out at night. havent paid extra fee but old customer but still at 11:50 room service knocking and continous nagging from staff asking for extra fee (of only 20 EUR° on JAN first asking to pay late check out while 1st january. had to pay in my underwear2) wanted late drink at bar and got rejected. said hotel client and will pay gladly entry. still no entry. was told I did not fit the crowd despite hotel client and payiny customer. was very irritating by racist remark

I the pillows used as it’s quite comfy. Breakfast is ok although selection is limited and same everyday

Towels are quite small. I would understand that breakfast should end at exactly 10am. Since we are allowed to stay to finish eating in the restaurant, at least the cofffee machine and water should still be made available

Location, hygiene, friendly staff.

Soundproofing is bad and all in all i find it a bit overpriced.

We stayed one night and we did not have breakfast.We really like the size of the room , the design , the comfort and the cleanliness , we found .The bed was comfortable with quality bedding .The bathrobe was very warm and the slippers were comfortable.The free drinks from the bar were a plesant surprise ! The bathroom with quality toiletries and towels . We had the view to the innercourtyard and we enjoyed the quiet. Upon arrival at the hotel , we are able to enjoy a free lemonade from the hotel. The staff from the reception was polite and friendly. We will definitely be back !

I did like the location and the fact the were shops close to the hotel

I didn’t like the fact there were no cutlery or kettle in the roommate

We had an amazing experience at INNSiDE Frankfurt Ostend! The hotel rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and even let us spend time in the lounge, which made our stay extra special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was fine.

A kettle in your bedroom to make tea or coffee would be preferable to a couple of fizzy drinks in a fridge, particularly in cooler weather. The service in the restaurant/kitchen is poor. I chose a half board option when reserving. I did not expect to be treated like a second class citizen in the restaurant at dinner. My experience was so unpleasant I didn't eat in the hotel on the 3rd night, I went elsewhere and paid again. I requested a plain pasta dish for dinner on night 2 as I was running the marathon on the Sunday. Unfortunately the kitchen was unable to provide this to a restaurant that was practically empty. I wonder why? It cost me €4 for a tiny bottle (200ml) of plain water, not refrigerated with no ice or lemon! I requested a slightly earlier breakfast on the Sunday morning 15/20 mins earlier for some plain, uncooked food. The hotel could not provide this. I counted 50 people, all marathon runners in the restaurant at 7.30am when it opened. All these people would have appreciated earlier breakfast.This hotel does NOT do customer service well. Food service is exceptionally slowand if you chose the half board option, expect the minimum.
