Dampness in the room, lack of security. A thief entered our room during the night. The receptionist was unfazed by this.

No have slippers at room and we asked to have but they charged us for 3 Euro for each pairs.

Clean and tidy room. All windows extend around the corner, which is great. Beds ok.

Sofa space absolutely useless. Bathroom water pressure weak and didn't suit double shower head fittings.

Close to the train station and the Messe

The heating in the room didn't work. I texted the reception, they didn't respond. Then I called them, they were rude and just hung up the phone. I called again, same thing. Then, when I was already sleeping at 11 PM, someone just came into the room without knocking and woke me up. He apologized many times, saying his system said the room was empty... Very disappointing.

The cleanliness of the hotel was really great,which made me feel like I was at home.

During my stay,the lift of the hotel broke due to which I had to bring my luggage from the 4th floor to the group which was inconvenient.Even though the temperature in frankfurt during my stay was in negative celcius,the heater in my room wasn't working.

It’s close to train station and skyline plaza shopping center (quiet area). The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfy and staff was very attentive. Front desk provided luggage storage during check-in and checkout

Maintenance wasn’t properly done. Three lights in the room didn’t turn on, and the bathroom ventilation fan also didn’t work.

The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel in terms of facilities. It doesn't have a proper restaurant nor bar. The selection of cold meats and breads at breakfast is definitely not four-star, more like three-star.

Helpful staff and a good location. Modern and stylish rooms with an efficient elevator. Good ventilation with opening windows and lots of natural light

The room is smaller than some others we have stayed in at similar price.

Convenient for train station and public transportation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Great shower.
