Central location, excellent staff in the reception

Bad smell in the room, rooms need refurbishment

Location was good.

The room smelled of smoke, the carpet was dirty and old, the sink tap was loose from the sink and had to be tightened, there was mold by the toilet pot, there was no refrigerator and no way to boil water, the pillow was small and there could have been one more, the bed was hard, the room needed repairs.

Smelled like cigar. Water on bathroom was like saliva. Unable to take bath. Towels were so worn down...

The price ,unfortunately during my stay there was Messe a expetion going on a room of $40.00 a night was $100.00 -$140.00 but that was the case any were during those dates.

Lovely location - cafes, restaurants and shops all nearby, including a subway stop on the same street. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub which was a great way to unwind after the day. The apartment is quite average, but overall it's a good option for a short stay.

The bathroom is right next to the bed and the door is flimsy.

Parking, location, breakfast

It would be nice to update.The long shower curtain was inconvenient while showering.

Terrible Experience – Would Not RecommendFrom the very beginning, the experience at Hotel Zoo was terrible. The reception staff was unpolished and unprofessional. I made my reservation through Booking.com, which clearly stated FREE stay for a 6-year-old child, yet the lady at the reception tried to force me to pay an extra €30 for my child’s bed. This caused unnecessary stress and an unpleasant check-in. Eventually, this issue was sorted out, but it should never have happened.Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room had a strong, unbearable smell, similar to a sewage odor, making it impossible to stay comfortably.Because of this, we decided to leave and move to another hotel. As a result, I lost the money paid for the hotel, as well as the parking fee, which made the experience even more frustrating.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was shabby, lighting bad for reading and very loud at night with slamming doors and loud neighbors.

Location was great for access to the City Centre. Room was very large, clean and warm, bearing in mind it was winter. There were no frills but the room was very clean and comfortable.

A few basic facilities such as tea and coffe Woukd have been nice but then again the tariff was excellent for a hotel in this location.

Nice hotel, clean, and good value for money (including the breakfast).

The shower head holder had previously been broken and repaired with glue. During our stay, it broke again. The staff offered to change our room, but I wish it had been properly fixed in the first place.The breakfast buffet was half empty at 8:30am

Location is great, the staff is really nice, and they cleaned my room and gave me clean towers every day or so.Pretty quiet hotel, nice furniture.

My room was quite cold, especially during night. Also, as it turned out, the hotel has two separate buildings. The nice one (as seen on the photos), has a view of the park, however the my standard room was in the second. This building's view is the parking lot, which is not so nice, and that i did not expect.Not a deal breaker, but still felt a little bit cheated.

Too old. We booked 2 rooms. They were expensive. There were no hot water on both rooms. In the room you can smell rust. Bathrooms are too old.

Cosy, clean room. Great location - walking distance to main shopping streets. Various cafés close by.

The decor is a bit dated. But this did not distract from the comfort and convenience of the hotel.

I really appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities such as the pool, gym, and breakfast service were excellent. The location was convenient, close to attractions and public transport.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.
