Hotel Concorde

Close to train station.

Close to red light district, and the double bed is 2 twins pushed together!

Room was very small and elevator did not go to the floor. Convenient to train station but hard Drug use outside hotel door was startling.

The Staff were polite and helpful. Room was large and had space.

The location was very bad. Homeless, drunks and very unsavory people for one block in every direction. We did not feel safe going in or out of the hotel. We saw people urinating on the sidewalks in the middle of the day.

The bathroom door has a window! And the bathroom door isn't well insulated/

Location, the hotel is less than 1 block from the Frankfurt main train station

The train station is not in the best part of town and a considerable distance from most tourist attractions

No 'matrimonial' beds. No real views from window with towering building across the street.

Best staff, best customer service you can get. Hotel Employee had been helpful to help us settle down well during our 1st day in Frankfurt. Lovely room and great location that near to central station

Of the many amenities provided by Hotel Concorde, the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. They provided a large spread of delicious options included such things as smoked salmon, crepes, and made-to-order espresso.

While the immediate neighborhood was slightly dodgy, it didn't cause us any inconvenience or discomfort.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very close to train station. They did little extras like a free drink ( even alcoholic)Jar of wine gums anda bottle of water water each when we left.

I felt that for the price ,breakfast would have been included. We had been traveling for 3 weeeks and this was the 1sthotel that didn't include breakfast (and the most expensive by far) .

The area around the hotel was a bit rough, but the hotel itself was lovely and perfectly safe.

Hotel was nice, we liked the breakfast .The neighorhood was ok, but there was some homeless. There is a grocery store next to the hotel. Many hotels in Germany DO NOT have A/c, this hotel had A/c. This was near the train station.

It's not much 4 star hotel maximum 2

Not good reception the class is very cold and the last floor not lift. And it's not calm

The location was within the walking distance from the main railway station.

The illumination in the room was defect. A staff gave me an additional lamp but overall not bright enough to read.

I enjoyed my stay at Concorde Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. There was a small kitchenette with kettle and cups, I could prepare coffee and tea in the room, which I liked a lot. I also liked the creative lighting solution, each time lightening the room with a different color is sometimes fun. I very much appreciated that I was offered a gluten- and lactose-free breakfast which I requested when booking the hotel, that was great. Hotel staff is friendly, attentive and helpful, location is excellent. Even though the Main Station district is considered not a good one, I should say that the street on which the hotel is located is calm and not noisy, I did not notice anything weird there. And there is a Rewe supermarket just in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. I will definitely stay in Concorde Hotel again :)
