Willy Hotel Frankfurt

Shocked that the room has no wall outlets around beds that can be used properly. TV didn't work. Non-standard toilet paper that very hard to use. Floor was very dusty.

Not much.

Rooms were old, showers small and the door to the showers kept coming off. Room didn¿t feel clean.

Perfect location!

The electrical outlet was hidden behind the bed. Otherwise, it was fine.

+ The location was fantastic, just around the corner from the Willy-Brandt-Platz U-Bahn station, about a 15-minute walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, and about a 10-minute walk to the city center.+ The staff were super helpful, and really went above and beyond. I arrived early in the morning and was hoping to drop off my bags and work for a little while from the lobby, but they actually opened up an empty room where I could store my bags and work for the morning. So kind!+ I loved that my fourth-floor room had quite a big balcony with a view over the city.

- The only slight issue I had was that the water temperature in the shower was variable, which made for some shockingly cool surprises.

The cigarates smoke odor thirughout all building. The room was smelling like a smoking person was living there many years.

A wonderful stay in the heart of FrankfurtWe had a truly wonderful stay at Willy Hotel Frankfurt, and it was a perfect choice for our long time in Frankfurt. The hotel offers comfort, calmness, and everything needed for a pleasant and relaxed stay.The location is simply excellent. The hotel is situated in the historic city center, very close to the Old Town and the main shopping streets. Public transport is extremely convenient: the U-Bahn station is just a one-minute walk away, the S-Bahn is about five minutes on foot, and tram stops are nearby. Getting around the city is easy and fast. There are also many cafés, restaurants, and food options in the area, as well as a good supermarket, just a few steps from the hotel.We stayed in a spacious triple room of about 30 square meters. The room was clean, warm, and very quiet. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well. The interior is pleasant, creating a cozy atmosphere without being overwhelming.The reception staff was always present, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.Overall, this hotel fully met our expectations and made our time in Frankfurt, especially enjoyable. The hotel truly offers good value for money. We would happily choose it again and can confidently recommend it.

No negative points to mention. We were happy with everything

We were not told until check in that the kitchen area was unavailable. Linen had cigarette holes. No facilities for cooking or warming food.

Very good location, you don't need public transport tickets :) big room, comfortable beds, elevator to higher floors.

Sometimes a little difficult to find a staff member (no bell) but they were very nice and helpful.

The location is good. The hotel is not very new but we didn’t pay much so it was good value for money. The beds were ok and we didn’t have noise problems (we were on 3rd floor)The owner was helpful when we had a problem but the reception doesn’t answer to the emails and is not always there.

We had a problem, someone stole few things from our luggage (it was deposited in a room in the morning before the check in) but the owner found our items and gave them back to us. I don’t know how to feel about this honestly but at least the owner was very worried, active and overall he was helpful.

The cleanliness of the room, the staff are good, and the location is very accessible to restaurants and tourist spots.
