Very good

The staff were not very friendly, especially at reception. The elevator system does not make sense, the gym is very small, and the prices are high. Additionally, one of the TVs was not working.

The staff and the room

The access to the hotel, but that was due to some outside construction works.

The location is veryynice, super close to a park as well the main pedestrian are of Frankfurt city centre and the opera plus a lot of restaurants . Great bed which has been very comfortable.

The room was nice located with a view to the park BUT you could not manage to get the room real warm. Furthermore the style was not really modern and spots on the floor tiles and on the table which have been in the material and couldn‘t be removed. Public swimming area very slippery, SPA relaxing area not pleasant because directly close to the SPA reception counter where the door to the SPA was opened very often so that we could not really relax.

The breakfast restaurant staff were not up to the hotel standard and were late in bringing orders and their number was small compared to the customers.

Everything! The staff were great, the location was the best and the rooms were modern and well laid out.

The property couldn’t be faulted, it was outstanding.

We were upgraded to a prestige suite, which was beautiful and so spacious. The service was wonderful. All staff were attentive and friendly. The location was great, very close to main sites and luxury shopping. Breakfast had lots of food options. There was a buffet and a la carte menu. Anne from concierge was so helpful in organizing our day trip to Heidelberg. Room service and housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. I got a great massage at the spa. We had a wonderful stay!

Location was perfect; right next to the Opera house and some beautiful bars and restaurants.

Not friendly staff except for the exception of Daniela at the front desk who was very friendly and nice The price for late checkout is excessive in terms of the whole day fare.

The rooms are in need for refurbishing. A little old and used.

The hotel overall is okay, it’s nice and the rooms are a good size.

When they finally came, which was already late in the afternoon, the cleaning was disappointing — I had spilled a bit of the baby’s milk and even that wasn’t cleaned. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant

Room, Breakfast, Location all excellent. Very nice lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.

TV in the room has no internet access, so no possibility to watch Netflix or similar. In today's world not acceptale.

Good

Very bad service at breakfast. Not enough staff who do not understand what service at breakfast is. Dirty dishes remain on the tables for 20/30 minutes. Guests stand and wait for the tables to be cleared. The staff does not come to order for a long time. This is very strange for a 5* hotel.

Food was amazing, staff were attentive and went above and beyond! Room was very clean and very classy. Bed was very comfortable. Thank you to the team for a lovely stay! Will definitely be back :)

Worst club sandwich i had in my life, the chicken was so bad and smelled awful.

Literally stuck in elevator for 90 minutes— 100% true — had to wait for maintenance— staff was nonchalant and said “we are do what we can”
