yes room was not ready on time we had to wait 2 hours & still we did not get the room I booked

The pricing was not worth it. 625 with no breakfast is not nice. The room temperature was also very tricky it got so hot at night.

Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing.The front desk staff were not welcoming; the attitude felt cold and aggressive (even if wrapped in diplomacy), with no genuine willingness to help or show flexibility.The room was significantly smaller than advertised on the website. Upon arrival, the toilet paper roll was empty and we had to take a new roll ourselves from the housekeeping trolley in the corridor — which raises serious concerns about whether the bathroom was properly cleaned. In addition, the bathroom door was broken, further harming the sense of comfort and hygiene.The most serious issue: the hotel does not allow payment in cash, only by credit card, and this policy is not clearly or explicitly stated in advance. This is essential information that should be transparently disclosed before booking.Furthermore, breakfast is not available before 7:00 a.m., despite the lobby design and overall concept resembling an airport, and the reception staff being dressed like airline crew — which creates an expectation of services suited also for early departures.Overall, the experience does not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this brand and does not match the way it is presented online.

Good building and rooms, decent breakfast, but expensive

One of the basic things for a hotel is to hold reservations. We were shocked to know after reaching that they had cancelled one of the 2 rooms we had booked! Without telling us. The excuse the desk staff gave was that the system did it automatically because they were full!This is what we learnt after driving for 5 hours and reaching at 10pm, that too travelling with a colleague for a business trip. Absolutely unacceptable.The staff was also not helpful at all, saying they can not help us any further. I will never return to this hotel despite visiting the region regularly.

Hotel's position, very central and easy to reach offices nearby. Lobby looks nice.

The room was disappointing to say the least. When I did the check in I had to run to a business dinner and didn't have the chance to check the room, and when I came back at midnight, was too late to ask for another room. The room was cleaned, so no complaints with the cleaning staff. But the room needs a total makeover. I was afraid to walk on the stained carpet; there was mould in the shower (impossible to shower without smelling it); stains on the walls; nothing to make a tea or coffee. Considering that this is one the most expensive hotels in Neu-Isenburg, I am very very disappointed. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that had far better rooms.

Room had a business decor with an advertising banner around the ceiling that made the room feel like i was at a stand at a business fair.

Spacious rooms, very good infrastructure and logistics inside the hotel, awesome stuff and incredibly tasty breakfast buffet!I am a huge airplane fanatic so I loved the "runway" towards the rooms. Me and my daughter played a take off going from the lift towards the room and it will be such a cool memory.

Quick and easy check in, gentlemen were very kind and understanding. Supported with extra pillows and check out was smooth.

Ordered room for two adults and 1 child but ended up with just a massive bed.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, no problem at all to check in quite late.

Convenient location, easy access to and from the airport by public transportation.Super friendly staffs, a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely come back.

Nothing to complain

Everything was new, clean and the staff was friendly. We went to a concert and the location was great for that.

The breakfast is a bit expensive 24€ for a budget hotel is a bit steep.

Comfortable hotel, very convenient for Ffm airport, helpful staff. It was amusingly decorated for air travellers. There is a direct bus to the airport from across the road.

Twin beds and it was hard to sleep with the baby in the same bed.. they gave us a cot but the baby did not like it and we had to sleep all three in the twin bedsA bit pricey but good location and facility

facilities are really weak . there is no phone in the room. No good lobby .room without sleeper .no refrigerator. Cleaning of the room was not good .Security of the hotel isnot safe .I will never go to this hotel again
