Room was very clean with attractive decor

Bed and pillows were of very poor quality, and the hotel location was advertised as being within walking distance to shopping area, what they left out was that you needed to cross a highway by foot to get there

Very clean and modern feel yet homely . Courteous staff

Charged parking remote location .. but given the price of the still a value . Also a tub in the room and USB charge by the bed would have been nice .. (you asked ) 😎

Terrible, dirty rooms, poor food...

The property was much further out than the description. It is worn and in need of a refresher.. the food is appealing and the rooms are far from clean

The location was practical

It wasn’t the location, it was the staff. Upon arrival the representative wasn’t very welcoming and l was told not to stand in front of her and she directed me to go sit somewhere. Soon after another customer arrived and she assisted them first. I asked about parking and was never told l had to pay. Upon checking out l was charged 18€ and l had asked at the time of check in if parking was included and l was told YES and was given a ticket for the machine. Netflix wasn’t available

The bathrooms are old and not clean. The mattress and pillows are not up to a 4 star standard and very uncomfortable. The restaurant staff are not polite nor nice. Not even a simple Good Morning. Specially the lady making the eggs. Very rude and unfriendly.

The address on the booking link is incorrect. Took is to the mall instead of the as actual hotel. Staff was anything but friendly. No mannerisms. Had to request to have a sofa bed made when my reservation was for 3 people. Her response was oh you need it? I wouldn’t come back. And if you reserve here preceded with caution.

I got a moldy room from a clear water leak, unidentified pills on floor, half a bottle of opened water. The rooms are super out dated and run down. No usb charger .

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly

Room had a strong sigaret smoke. We had to open the window and get some fresh air. Bed was not comfortable for a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was nice with good variety. Room size was decent. The lobby is comfortable and a nice place to sit and work.

WiFi was very poor and unreliable on 9th floor. No smart TV and no option to stream from phone, which was disappointing. Constant knocking from room service staff, and on a few occasions they even entered the room without consent – very disturbing and unprofessional. Booked a double bed but was given two single beds instead.

For the last 20 years I have been staying here twice a year. Each time I was upset about the bad TV and had hoped for some modernisation. They now have modern TV sets with about 8 TV channels in ultra low resolution. About the level of the early eighties. And the Internet connection of these TV sets has been deactivated, so that can't get used either.So, right now, this is like travelling in time.

Good wi-fi, complimentary tea and water was replenished during cleaning.

The room is dirty, they do not clean it well. In the bathroom we found black mold in the corner. There were no disposable slippers or bathrobes. The safe in the room does not work. The door to the bathroom is transparent through which you can see everything. The furniture is old and poorly working.

Spacious rooms, free minibar and good quality breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood, close proximity to a large shopping center Main Taunus Zentrum.

You need a car to get to anywhere. Helpful if there could be a shuttle to the nearby shopping center.

My room safe was not working and I asked fron desk to check but noone came to fix it for three nights while I was staying.

The staff and bar personnel are very kind. Parking is good and included in the stay.

the hotel was extremely dirty. i’m usually not that picky but the sheets were stained, same thing for the chairs and curtains. the toilet was dirty when i arrived to the point that it made me gag to even thinking of showering there. also, the rooms are super cold and noisy, you can literally hear the traffic at night.
