Novotel Frankfurt City

The staff was amazing, but everything else was below expectations.

The hotel is very old, needs to be updated. There is nothing in walking distance as far as restaurants or shopping and the gym is super small with only 3 machines.

Our family has been staying in this hotel chain when we travel abroad for a consecutive years. We loved the location with its larger dual bath tub with another shower adjacent in the bathroom. However, most Novotel hotels has no close by restaurants.

No coffee makers with modern pod complimentary inside the suite.

I was very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Was across the street from a 24 hour bank where I could get Euros from the ATM machine with my American bank debit card. They had polite and skilled front desk personnel

The room was what its description had promised. It had what we needed.

It was more or less in descent location It was quiet.

Room was really old and it shouts for renovation. Everything was really uncomfortable to use, even tap.One treadmill doesn't make it as a gym or fitness room.Breakfast was fair.

Walking distance from Frankfurter Buchmesse.at a decent price. Nice view, safe and quiet neighborhood

Pretty worn towels and pillows, no slippers.

Room was clean and nice soaps and shower supplies available from rituals. Location also really good, just a couple of tram stops away from central station. Easy to get to.

It was really warm in the room which made it really difficult to sleep. When we asked about the temperature and ac, the hotel staff told us they turned off the ac in the entire hotel and cannot turn it back on. Even with the window wide open, the room was incredibly warm without ac. Did not really feel like the staff was willing to help us make our stay better.

The room is reasonably large and they have good facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the center. It is easy to have access with Uber and train/bus, though.

Hotel qas very cleaning, friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

Air conditioning unit was not working. Went down to reception all they offered was a fan, which did not help.

Great hotel for a family stay. We stayed there twice in last few months. Great breakfast, great rooms, good location - not too far from city center, free parking outside the hotel (there's also a private parking in the building but it is expensive), friendly staff.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the furniture in the room looked quite old. The towels had a strong dryer smell, which was unpleasant, and the air conditioning was very poor and didn’t cool the room properly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Rooms were not very clean. Torn towels with lipstick stains. Hair on the bathroom floor
