Unfortunately, the cleanliness was questionable, with a missed flush in the bathroom. The breakfast disappointed—poor selection, smoky atmosphere, and even staff shouting. The room lacked essentials, from ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs to glass cups, and the all-in-one bathroom dispenser felt basic. Overall, the experience felt bare and not up to expectations

The location was convenient. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even though I’m a smoker myself, the smell was unbearable, and I had to keep the windows open. There were holes in the bath towels

Good value for money. Despite negative reviews, out experience was ok. Clean and convenient location. No breakfast option.

Location is ideal for the fair. The staff were friendly & the bar was really good for some cocktails & a friendly bar guy. Breakfast really average..

Cleanliness really lacking - it felt like a deep clean was lacking. My kettle didnt work so had to exchange. ran out of soap / shower gel mid way & didnt even get noticed the next day even though i left the covers off. I had to go & ask next day for more just to take a wash. They charge a lot during exhibition so for such a price would expect at least basic levels..

Access into the property was difficult with the two wheelchairs we had in our group. Had to enter via a separate locked door into a tiny landing that gave access to the lift but no other area off that area due to the steps.

No soap, nothing in the mini bar, and incredible expensive..

- cigarette smoke from the ventilation- some water stood in the shower from prior usage- cockroaches- breakfast was cancelled in the morning

The staff were really friendly, but the room was dirty. The toilet was broken and the shower was very dirty and all and all the rooms was in a very bad condition

Having stayed here several times in the past, I am disappointed to say that this most recent visit was the worst. Standards have clearly slipped. Most notably, the rooms were not very clean, which is a major letdown for a returning guest. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Close to the train station - although it is a sketchy area.

Bed was unmade. Bedding and towels were dirty. Room smelt badly of cigarettes.

Extremely dirty room and serious safety concernsI paid for this hotel expecting at least basic cleanliness, but what I got was shocking.The room was clearly not cleaned at all. The bed was made, but everything else was filthy. There were someone else’s hairs behind the curtains, an empty Coca-Cola bottle, used items on the floor, and spilled soda on the carpet. Even worse, the same spilled cola was inside the bedside table, clearly just turned around to hide the mess.We walked into the room wearing white socks and after a few minutes they turned purple from how dirty the carpet was.The toilet was also dirty, with visible urine stains. This is completely unacceptable.On top of that, at around 2 AM random people were knocking on my door and walking freely around the hotel. No control, no security. Anyone could enter. I was woken up in the middle of the night and felt unsafe.I did not sleep properly and this stay ruined my night completely.This place has serious issues with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Big enough and good location

New staff was not aware of the way to make the room warm and she was supposed to discover it but she did not came back.

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was very disappointing The place is not suitable for family trips or business trips due to its poor location and there are people using drugs in front of the hotel which makes the environment unsafe and uncomfortableThe rooms are not clean at all, and there is no attention to cleanliness in general The level of service is far below expectations and I do not recommend staying there

Everything!The rooms were dirty, hair everywhere, cockroaches.I switched two rooms, everywhere was dirty!

It was very near to the station and easy to reach city centre. Rooms was very clean and neat. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in short distance. the guys in reception was friendly and helpful.

Rooms was near road side, sometimes it was little noisy. There are other good rooms also.

housekeeping entered our room with no allowance, i was naked and said that we dont want housekeeping- the room is not available event he jumped into room and said check out( we still had 1 more day to check out). The staff should be educated to not jump into rooms
