We got the first room, full of smell of smoke, so we changed to the second one. Then when we are going to sleep, we found lots of hairs on the bed linen,

The room was clean, and although the window was open when I arrived and the radiators were switched off, the temperature warmed up quite fast. The staff was nice and polite. The location is a bit strange; or you need a car or you need to walk a bit from public transport (bus, tram).The bed and the pillow were very comfortable.

Wifi is a kind of a non-existing one! I measured three time with ookla. The results were 1.5, 3 and 8.1 MBps. I think, for a "conference hotel" this is not acceptable.The rooms were non-smoking, however, in the morning, I discovered ash on the roof/back on my car that was parking under the hotel room windows; somebody was smoking in the room holding the cigarette outside. There is no noise isolation, I could hear talking/conversation from the next room, it was also very noisy whoever closed the door in the neighbouring rooms on the corridor.

Quiet part of the city with public transport options nearby. Very good value for money.

I stayed in a single bed 1-person accomodation room. The carpet in my room had a bad smell and did disturb a bit. As I was only occupying the room in the nights, it wasn’t a problem, but definitely needs thorough cleaning/change. Other than that no problem at all.

The breakfast was nice

We booked a room with another room inside . Where they clearly write 2twin beds and 1 queen bed, 2adults and 2kids, on arrival we were given a room for 3, which we complain about and we were given another room with a bunk bed and a queen bed and this room was not clean. We clearly did not book a bunker bedroom since our kids have a problem with bunker beds . After all that, we had only 2 shower towels for 4 people,we asked for more towels but that took like an hour... we had to go and ask again. We are very unhappy with our stay and it kind of spoiled the holiday mood for our children

I booked the stay to survive the heat. the ac worked perfectly. the room was clean

very small room but good organizing, TV only germany channels, parking is not free and some time you come at night and found no empty space for your car, location in semi industrial area so no good view from. the windows

terrible night spent in this hotel, the room on the first floor overlooked a parking lot, where from 00:00 to 3/3:30 someone was listening to music and smoking sh.... despite having reported it to the reception nothing was resolved. also the air conditioning in the room was very noisy.

I arrived at 6 Am , reception told me they will prepare room within 1,2 hours . After 30 min , he left and thr lady came and said no! We will give you room at 12 .

The facility was no value for the money....its definitely no 3 star hotel....it's merely a MOTEL than a hotel....bed (matras)was not good.

No nearby station , no Taxi service.,

Affordable price and descent breakfast.

The room smelled cigarette smoke and it was really unpleasant especially for our little child. Our clothes and hair were smelling bad the other day.The room had an old dirty carpet, cigarette burned curtains and a squeaky old bed which with every move was waking us up.Additionally we were informed that we had to pay 15 euro for parking our car at the premises (because of the rise of costs).

Easy check in and check out service and friendly staff

Aircon functioned well I like so many others, very good shower

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows, noisy street, very expensive for the quality. WiFi requires an access code you have to ask for and only connects to two devices. Especially inconvenient when the actual accommodation is down the street and on the other side of the road from the hotel.Things that were apparently included which weren't:Tea and coffeeIronMinibar (an empty fridge is not a minibar) Private entrance (the entrance door to the street is propped open)Parking was actually €15 per night, not the advertised €10, which is already more than enough. Sign said they've "had to raise prices". Had to because they wanted more money.Paid €700 for four nights in this place which is outrageous, will never return.

I did not get the same room I booked via booking.com - this is unacceptable and therefore had to change the hotel last min

Clean, good location. Till Frankfurt Messe center with public transports 22-30 min.
