Near the shoping center nice eara . Very clean .

The room is very hot Ac.is not cold at all.

Fantastic attentiveness and support by the staff. Would be great to have a decaff option in your coffee machine. Staff kindly made a pot of coffee for me but it's not the same as a fresh coffee with frothed milk from the machine.

The front desk staff were helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean and spacious.

Some of the breakfast food (rice porridge) wasn't hot enough. Not enough cut fruits and no hot oatmeal available. Also, the blanket in the room was too warm and would have like to have a thinner blanket option. No shelf in the shower for personal items.

Really good location. Friendly staff and has all the amenities. Gym, washing machines to use for free, decent breakfast even though you have a kitchenette in your room, which I used. Really spacious room. Incredibly comfortable bed.

I traveled for CPHI conference and the location was perfect. The room was also very large and comfortable. I would stay here again

Great stay night before leaving back home. Excellent location, helpful staff, very close to sky shopping center , great breakfast, and 20-30 minutes to the airport

The room is not big, but clean, modern and comfortable. It has everything needed in the business trip, including a small yet functional kitchen and cozy work place. There’s a big Rewe supermarket within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. We bought all necessary food and drinks there. Another advantage is that each floor is equipped with washing and drying machine where the guests can do the laundry for free. It was extremely helpful coz we had a long business trip in Germany and needed the laundry.

The hospitality of the whole location and staff.A small area with snacks and beverages is available in the lobby.

I missed a Nespresso Machine in my 1 room Apartment (411).They do only have those for the Premium Apartments.However - There is a coffee machine in the lobby offering freshly brewed coffee for free ;)

Clean comfortable good location friendly staff

The fact that a male cleaning person entered our room with a do not disturb sign on the door with out knocking at all while we were in bed they gave me to cheap mini bottles of wine to make up for it in their eyes.My wife and I don’t drink ?

Location was great, staffs was very kind.Room size and condition was also very nice.

My sixth time to stay at this hotel. Service and everything has been consistently excellent. Staff is very helpful and attentive to guest needs.

Room size was great for bicycle assembly for a tour. Location is good. Staff are wonderful.

Comfortable beds, very clean

We had to ask reception to send up another towel (we were only provided 1) as well as refill the toiletries (they were empty) three times but they never appeared.

Nice property, good room, huge walk-in shower, friendly, helpful desk staff. Close to restaurants and train station, although we didn't know that when we hired a taxi to get to the hotel. The driver was angry that he wouldn't get a good fare. (If he'd told us how to walk here we would have gladly done it and left him to get a better fare, but....)

Got here late and left early, so a short, expensive stay.

great hotel , great gym, the staff was kind and very helpfulgiving an extra thank to the woman who checked me in, she went the extra mile , to assist and help me to try get my preferred room, to print my paperwork

the water of the bath in my room needs to be checked there was no cold water to mix in turn one side = burn yourself , the other side of the faucet is too hot as wellthere is no cold side

Everything about the apartment was nothing else but exceptional. Right from an early check in which was facilitated by extremely hospitable staffers at the reception desk led by Evelyn till accommodating us for a late check out, our stay here was very very comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and the proximity of the property to the Skyline Shopping Mall and a few great restaurants makes this property worth the money that is charged. This is the second time we have stayed in this property while visiting Frankfurt and I can't wait to stay here another time whenever we visit the city.Last but not the least, a big shout out to Evelyn and her colleagues whose warm hospitality and attention to detail and exceptional care for the guests is extraordinary. Thank you Evelyn!
