Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport - Neu-Isenburg

Was advertised as having Airport Shuttle, was not offered, had to take taxi to and from hotel

The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. They truly make guests feel cared for and want guests to be happy. Its location is 13 minutes to the airport in a very quiet and clean area.

We got there late for a flight the next morning. It was clean parking was available for free. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. Many choices. Coffee was amazing as well.

Lights were off in the hotel seemed a little creepy for a single female making it to and from room at night.

Just an average hotel.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was that their website says they offer an airport shuttle. However, when I asked the front desk about the shuttle service they said the shuttle was broken, but that they could arrange a cab which I then had to pay for.

Clean & comfortable.

I booked this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport and it was advertised as being close to the airport. Upon checking in, I was informed that they no longer had the shuttle service and that a cab cost between 35-40 euros.

The hotel was nothing special, after 11 you can hardly buy water in the area. We asked to buy something from the bar but even if there were people there they denied saying that the bar is closed

Perfect for an early flight from Frankfurt. Clean, quiet, convenient.

Reception was pleasant . Room #303 was spacious, clean and with several windows . Bathroom very clean with good shower . Bed comfortable. No on-site restaurant open and closest dining facility was almost 0.5miles away which is not overly convenient when on bicycles . Minimal choices of “bar-food” pizza available on site plus you can order in . Breakfast was very good with multiple hot and cold food choices .

No inside secure parking except out in an underground parking facility with no designated bike storage area. Restaurant not available at night for dinner . Long way by bike or walking to dinner facility .

Breakfast was good.

Had to park far away. Hotel garage was very small and full. Room was overly warm. They had shut down the AC for the season, but it was mid September and still warm enough in the day that it couldn't cool off enough at night.

The location, it suits me perfectly when I visit family members.

The free parking lot was severely reduced and this renders the hotel less attractive.The price of the breakfast (21 EUR) is totally indecent, not even good hotels in Paris have such scores. It is a shame, maybe the management wants to discourage people to have breakfast at the property, as it is difficult to find staff to work in the restaurant.

Room was large, bed comfortable

Staff were hit and miss, breakfast was mediocre for the price, bar shut at 11pm, we got back from stadium at 11:05pm :( Luckily we had drinks in the boot of the car. Rooms by entrance should be avoided, people are coming from or going to the airport at all times during the night, it's extremely loud.

Breakfast is ok.

Please don't sell this as an airport location. I had to pay a taxi for 35 Euros to get there and took us around 20 minutes. Taking the bus could take you forever as well, even in the daytime. The hotel is pretty dated, way dated. I bought it thinking of the brand in the US, but it is nowhere near. Again, coming from the city, it takes you another 25 euros for an Uber. So location not recommended whatsoever.
