Convenient to the Frankfurt central station.

The room had a musty smell to it. The interior walls of the room was dirty and there was someone's underwear that was left in the bathroom when we arrived.

For the price this was a really excellent hotel, beds, bathroom and surfaces were all very clean. The bed was the single most comfortable I have ever slept on, it was super soft (so I suppose if you like a really firm bed this may be a negative for you). Having a fridge and small kitchenette was also very handy. Shower was a lovely large rain shower and absolutly spotless. The area the hotel is in is a little run down but does have some excellent resturants and street food nearby so its a compromise I'd happily make again as the room was still quiet and felt very safe once inside. The hotel is also only a very short walk to frankfurt main and 15 minutes from the main tourist area so honestly it's ideal. Staff member at reception was friendly and honestly don't have anything I would say needed improvement.

Friendly staff and well located, next to the train station (so this a train station area which may be inconvenient for some people, but fine with me). I like that there’s a kitchenette in the room.

- had to tell the staff twice the shower drain was not working and was flooding the bathroom before they send housekeeping (had to mop the floor myself after each shower)- no shower tray to keep the water within a limited area - mattresses were out of shape, and made me slide in the middle : gives you some light back pain - no sign « do not disturb » was given, had to ask for it - no water glass in the kitchenette - approximate housekeeping: forgot to come one day. Also didn’t empty the trash bin when full

Terrifying!

This hotel is not safe. Anyone can enter the building and freely access the elevator and floors without a key or any security check. Even worse, I was physically attacked by the receptionist, who threw multiple items at me—completely unacceptable behavior for any accommodation.All I asked for were slippers and clean linen after noticing hair on the bed, but the receptionist became rude, argumentative, hostile, and ultimately violent. I had to call the police and file an official complaint because I no longer felt safe staying on the property.What was meant to be a simple stay turned into a frightening and traumatic experience.I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel for their own safety.

The room was adequate. The breakfast was very good..

The staff at the front was not very friendly. The booking.com listing for this a hotel is wrong about an airport shuttle. There is no shuttle. It inconvenienced us on our departure day to the airport.

Excellent location, we stayed there only for one night. So it served its purpose.

The bathroom was a little smelly, it didn’t look too clean.

Great location—close to the train station, easy to walk even with luggages, lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Römerberg. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and the room was very clean, nicely decorated, and included a kitchenette. Plus, it’s pet friendly!

Poor quality of the room. No soap in the dispensers, nothing to dry the dishes with, only two of each utensil and plates. Pam's one frying pan with Teflon coming off! The television did not work the whole time we were there, asked management about it, said they had to order a part! No comoensation. Broken bedside lamp. No communication from the manager regarding these issues. Bathroom shower drain was clogged!

Location is close to train station and reception staff was very friendly.

It will be nice to have coffee in the room, especially arrived after a long flight.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Close to shops, train, five minutes walk by car. The room was clean, room service every morning and I really liked my stay at this hotel. The reception had nice people even though the check-in was at 3pm o'clock and we arrived early in the morning at 11am The guy let us check in at 11 o'clock at no extra cost. Highly recommend this hotel for those who are planning to fly to Frankfurt soon

Everything was fine. clean, room with plenty of space. Just the zone is noisy, but as is closer to main train station this is is understandable.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and safe area. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The internet connection was strong, and the amenities provided were exactly as described.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the air conditioning unit was slightly noisy during the night. Also, the breakfast options were limited for guests with dietary restrictions.
