Nice room with all the essential needed comforts including a small TV and a bottle of water. The tram line just in front to the hotel makes very easy to reach the center.

being at the last floor there was a window on the ceiling. It might be useful to add a thicker curtain to reduce the entrance of sun light in the morning.

Cozy warm clean calm

Everything was good

Very old and traditional house. I got an upgrade and the beautiful bedroom with a balcony. The single rooms are very small and depressing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is no water boiler in the room and I personally like a tea in the morning. It is very noisy with all the traffic.

The location and price.

Room was a little small but did the job.

The hotel is well connected to the Tram 18, which will take you to the main connecting point in Frankfurt (Konstablerwache) in 10 minutes (Hauptwache in 5 minutes more by foot). Furthermore, it has a McDonalds in the next block, it is near the US Embassy and two supermarkets are nearby. The building is nice and well-maintained and the interior is also really historical.

This is more of a warning than a critique. As the hotel's street is where the tram goes by, you can hear (depending on the room), the tram noice. Therefore, I would recommend to bring some earplugs for the night if you are noise-sensible (however, at the dead of the night, no tram should be working). Also, a small part of my room around the edges (less than 5% of the total area) where not so clean, but manageable for a short stay. All in all, I would definetely come back to this place whenever I'm in Frankfurt and would recommend it to other guests.

The hotel’s location is great, as it’s around the US Consulate, which makes it very convenient if you have appointments there.

The hotel is located near a very crowded street, so it’s quite noisy, and you can’t sleep with the window open. The rooms are also not very clean — I expected better cleanliness.

Beautiful, old building, very friendly stuff.

The hotel is on a quite noisy street, where traffic (including trams) ends very late and starts before sunrise.It was strange not to find any towel hangers in the bathroom at all, or any space or shelf to put any belongings. Some items were new, some where corroded. The worst part were the huge bugs in the room, which we had to hunt down to be able to sleep.The room and sheets were quite clean, though.
