Motel One Frankfurt-Hauptbahnhof

We were awakened by repeated alarms and broadcasts, and stayed up all night. No possible for USB charge.

It had a convenient location near to the train station.

The AC did not work throughout the entire hotel. We were changed rooms on the second night and still could not sleep comfortably because that room's AC also did not work.

The room was spacious & clean and had a great shower. The room had a lot of natural light. Most importantly, it was SUPER quiet at night. The location was very central, next to the main station & easy to get around with public transporation

Even though the location was central, & the street where the hotel was located was fine, it was around the corner from a VERY dodgy area of town. Also, the staff were not very friendly. But with the self check-in you don't have to interact with them much.

All staff were really helpful whether asking for more teabags or recommendations of where to eat. Slept really well and liked the fact that there were some English channels on the TV

Unfortunately where the hotel is located it is in a very dodgy part of town - broken glass and a lot of drug users are around the train station (nothing the hotel can do about that!) Pillows need to be firmer!!

Right next to the main train station (hbf). Lots of late night food available. Some people say the area is sketchy but it is safe, nobody will bother you.

Our room was perfect during our stay! Check-in and check-out was very easy. The room was clean and the shower was great. Was just steps away from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Conveniently located across the street from Frankfurt central station, very nice lobby, easy self-service check-in and check-out process. Comfortable and clean bed.

We couldn't figure out how to adjust the room temp; we cranked it to the lowest possible setting but there wasn't much of a change even though we could hear air flowing. Room was very stuffy and warm. I also requested a double bed but got twin beds.

Wonderful hotel across street from train station. Courteous and professional staff. Outstanding breakfast was included.

I would have preferred that the hotel clearly stated the parking arrangements and how to access those. You must go to an underground garage immediately before reaching the hotel, and this was never clarified. This caused a long delay and lost much time.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is, nevertheless, a very good one. We stayed here before and this time we saw that the hotel had been very nicely remodelled. The rooms are the same size, but the use of space has been excellent. Comfy and cozy rooms!!!
