Friendly helpful staff. Good value quality correlation. Convenient location

No AC or at least ventilator - was too hot in the room. Have also found some hair in the bathroom what was not very pleasant :) not all the items listed on the price list are available

I liked the location very much, there were many cheap stores around. The reception was very good. The rooms were very clean.

Nothing, really. I could complain that it doesn't offer breakfast, but I was "warned", there were no surprises. So, there's nothing to complain about.

Only cold water was available at arriving but was fixed on the next workday.

The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, parking area is quite small but we were lucky to have enough space. After a long trip it was exactly what we needed and the water pressure of the shower was the cherry on top. Receptionists very friendly, would stay again for sure

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean.The staff were polite and friendly enough. It was good enough to stay in just to sleep when on a work trip of you only need somewhere to crash.

My first impression was that it looked very run down and for a solo female traveller, it wasn’t inviting to go inside. I wouldn’t choose to stay there if I was walking down the street and found it. Doors were banged early in the morning, but otherwise it was quiet, it was mid-week.

The location is good. The staff were friendly.

Wifi was not working at all. The room looks directly to the street and we had to open the window at night as it was a hot day, it was quite noisy at night.

Fantastic value for the money. Clean and tidy rooms in a very nice area of Frankfurt with easy access to everything.

Great value for money, great price , good location free parking on the outside streets nearby but you might have to drive around a bit to find an open spot. Close to a supermarket that's open till midnight so you can get cheap snacks and drinks. lots of nice cafes nearby too and close to a train station.

The room smelled of cigarettes and on the wall next to the bed were yellow streaks of bodily fluids, not sure how it got there but you can use your imagination. The actual car parking in the hotel is super narrow and only has room for a few cars.

There was no hot water, they knew that when we checked in but did not mention that until we needed to take a shower.

Very bad and unprofessional stuff, loud coz very bad isolation, cold water for shower, too small parking, reception not occupied all time, they told guests take the keys away apon leaving therefore they charge "damage deposit cash" so that you bring the key back, but when you want to make check out early nobody is there... Really horrible hotel!

The room was big enough and the bed was comfy. The hotel is near a nice area to eat.

The WiFi didn't work. The signal was no strong enough for the third floor. I need it to use at the reception, and I was not the only one.Personal at the reception could be nicer.

Bigger room than typical budget hotel.

I chose it specifically because of the free car parking. Turns out they have only 3 parkings, and these were already taken. On street parkings also taken, so I parked in parking garage 500m away.
