Stale cigarette smell, stains on the sheets, rust in the bathroom

I liked the location near the central station.

The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet my expectations, and the internet connection was unreliable, which made the stay less comfortable.

I found the coffee machine not well cleaned, floor a little bit sticky and one of my reservations was 3 days there was not enough toilet paper

Excellent location near the train station, coffee shops and Festhalle concert venue. We walked everywhere during our stay and all the attractions were within walking distance!

As there is no front desk, not sure whether it is possible to deposit luggage at counter after check out.

The surroundings The people around is little bit scary , The lighting in the corridor is so dim it feels like I’m walking through a horror movie.

The room was clean, comfy and spacious, good value for money and handy location.

With the digital check in, although a good idea, the link on the email didn't work so had issues entering our room.

The place in itself was very nice and clean. The room was just right and there was extra coffee and teas. The view was lively as well.

There were a lot of shady people when you get out towards the underground trains. The police is always around, however it did not felt safe after 9 o'clock to go out. However, it was almost all around this area.

Location is good

Coffee machine, cups and spoon was nasty. And you can smell smoke in the bathroom.

Everything is here and within walking distance. If I come here again I choose Homaris.

The heater in the room is not working. We are Asean people who are not used to cold weather.

The room was what I needed for a 2 night stay in Frankfurt.Room was clean, bed was comfy. TV with capability to log into my YouTube and Netflix account.I have stayed in this hotel a few times.

I loved the fact that the room had a bathtub instead of a shower, it's something you do not see that often nowadays, so it felt nice to have. It was hard to find accessible accomodation in the centre of Frankfurt and so I loved this accomodation because we could walk everywhere and it wasn't far at all. We had an issue with the TV and the staff came by the following day to help, so it was nice to have that fixed so quickly. Overall very pleasant stay :)

The rooms would definitely benefit from having a mini-fridge, it would have made a big difference. Having booked the Superior Room, it felt smaller than what it appeared on Booking.

There are no available staff at the property. Its a bit dark. Rooms are dark. Maybe add more lights

It’s really close to the hb which is Nice even the people around it are rough.

Sheets have several dated stains, and in my bed there was a bit dried cheese below the cover sheet. Besides that it was clean. People in that hotel are very dodgy and there are a lot of people running in the hallway and a bunch of doors being shut very aggressively, people talking loud and crazy laughs

There was a bath tub but cannot use it because the drain cap was missing

Room was spacious and I liked the huge windows.

While it’s not the fault of the hotel, other guests were smoking in the stairwell and corridors.

Convenient location, spacious and self check-in

The safety of the main door as people who did not stay in the hotel could easily wait for guests to enter the code and enter the main door. Housekeeping also came to knock on the door at 9am, and subsequently opened the door as I did not respond to his knockings in time. There were no additional locks from inside to prevent this so this could be a major security concern.
