The staff's service and the care they gave to the dogs were excellent. Everything available in the room was working. We've stayed at Ibis hotels before and the shower was terrible or something like that.

The parking price was a little high, and it wasn’t clear in the room description. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was really expensive for the location of the hotel.

It's a big hotel on the east side of the city. 15min walk to the city core. Check in was fast and the rooms were clean and had nice view on the central bank building. There is a sauna and gym for guests, nice touch after long day. The beds were ok, good sleeping.

Parking is really expensive 30eur per day, just around the corner there is a parking for 15eur. The room has no closet and any kind of spacious drawer. It is open concept with hangers. The fridge is one of those thin weird ones that can hold 4 bottles of .33L bottles and that's it.

Very clean, great sauna, nice views, extremely comfortable and large bed. I always return here when i’m in Frankfurt!

Dinner was very slow, only one person serving a VERY busy restaurant! We ate very late. Staff at the front desk were not particularly helpful and not very knowledgeable. Especially when we asked about help getting to Hahn airport.

Rooms are quite small so very little place to move around.

Very tiny issues like no robes for the sauna…some bedtime tea or coffee in the room. No big deal, but these small things are nice. The gym was totally full at 6:15 am which was shocking. Could not find a runner…

Very nice place to stay - clean, comfortable, quiet in the night. Breakfast gorgeous - everything you might imagine there, fresh pancakes, machine for smoothies...

The hotel could be safely and directly accessed, via a connected hallway and elevator, from the parking garage located at the basement of the property. The breakfast was fairly extensive. Staff were very helpful. Frankfurt Ostbahnhof was minutes away from the hotel.

The bed sagged and was most uncomfortable. The room was dark and you had to fumble your way looking for the room master switch and the room card key reader. The switch and reader were not readily visible, had no illuminated indicator and were placed in a recessed area.

Very friendly stuff. I came early to drop my bag, and they had the room ready. Decor is top. Room is comfortable and a real pleasure to stay in. View is great too. Sauna is hot, gym is well equipped (even with sandbags and cables).

Minor thing, Sunday morning there were no clean cups in the gym area, only used ones from previous day. Not a problem, I have brought my flask

I love the location and view of the skyline. The river is right there and many cafes and restaurants close by. It’s a nice industrial feeling, well done. Clean and staff was great. Will definitely come back

Only thing missing is a work area that is quiet. I had to use the lobby as the upstairs room is only for members.

Loved the breakfast and specifically the fresh juice machine. Very comfortable room and bed, nice gym and sauna. Okay location to visit Messe if needed - 5 minutes walk to the direct train or U-bahn. There is a free parking lane opposite the hotel, don't forget to have your DEKRA sticker on the carWas the best price/quakity balance I could find for needed days.

No bathrobe, no slippers in the room, don't forget if you plan to visit the sauna. No one is smiling at you and avoids eye contact which is pretty awkward. Parking feels expensive (30.- day rate and 18.- for approx 8 hours)
