Soaltee Westend Frankfurt Messe

It was so close to the train station and it was clean with a big bathroom.

Nice breakfast, Conveniently located next to Galluswarte.

The rooms are a little small. Bathroom door did not close unless locked.

Very clean, central, well connected

The property location is not bad right at the tram/subway

The bed & blankets were not comfortable/coyz. In general I do not believe this is a 4 star hotel. In the lobby there was a smell (like pipes or drainage). I got a Deal and so i stayed for a week for 200€ but normally it’s so expensive like 700 for a week and I don’t believe the hotel is worth that to be honest .

Good location, clean rooms, bathrooms were great

Small rooms and funny smell downstairs

A typical business hotel, with almost all amenities expected in place!

Heating is a little tricky, you may need assistance to make it work properly,Some of the personnel are not really fluent in English and GermanThe available parking space is minimal, only for 3, max 4 cars.

Very neat rooms, professional staffs and location is perfect; very close proximity to the trainstations.

Near to station and shops

Neat and clean. Further need to improve for TV Channel and better add UTube

Near to train station and shops

Check in and check out times ! Why charging 30 SF as waiver! 100 SF were charged was house keeping?

The location is great and the staff was super helpful especially the front desk people

The room was too small

I appreciated the convenient location and the close access to public transportation.

I was quite disappointed with other aspects of my stay. The room had an unpleasant smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was very minimalistic considering the price

The location is very convenient, and although it is next to the train station, it was suprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very good. The gym at the hotel is very basic, on the other hand I was there all alone each morning.

Stayed here before, will stay here again - I really like the location and the restaurants aroudn the corner. Yes, the area is very noisy but due to A/C you don't have to open the windows and these windows block out a lot of noise.

I was sleeping when someone came and open the door and it was a midnight around three o'clock you can imagine how scary it will be and how panic that can be it was very very bad experience. For that experience it makes the rest of the night becomes scary and I was panicking to I left the place.

Comfortable. Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean.

location is very central, next to s bahn, first i was afraid that it will be loud because the rails are literally in front of the room, but as soon as I closed the window it was quite silent.

nothing really bothered me.

Location and kind and helpful reception staff at the evening

super friendly stuff, spacious room, super convenient location, very new facility, I have everything I need
