very nice and clean. great breakfast. quit and clean rooms. I don't think you can find anything better for the money. I would highly recommend it. it is also close to rail and bus stations so you have many transport options

Staff was very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was excellent.

Room needs some renovation as it was worn out and bit smelly. Also did not like bed or pillow.

Convenient location next to bus and train stations is a great advantage in order to move through the city. The hotel has good facilities that are suitable for a business trip. A quick check-in and checkout process is great. The breakfast offering is adequate.

The rooms are small, but you can already see that in the photos. They are very clean and well maintained. You can have breakfast for an additional fee, and it is truly rich and filling. The location is very convenient right behind the tram stop, with easy access to transportation and close to the city center. The staff are friendly, kind, and always helpful.

The heating was controlled from reception, not in the room. This was inconvenient.

Overall it was a good experience but the rooms are small and also few facilities like bathroom slippers are not available. Room Service is not automatically done. Overall bit expensive than the facilities provided.

Rooms are bit smaller.Moreover, most of the things are not available free as other hotels do.Rest of the things are OK.

My coworker was locked out of her room and we could not contact anyone at the property all night. We had to wait at the reception for 2~3 hours, The access code that we finally received on email did not work on the room door!! It was so stressful and we had a day full of meetings next day. She had to share a room with someone else to get some sleep.

there was no customer service here, everything on self service kiosk which is a shame and difficult to navigate, when you arrive late.

no customer service, absolutely hopeless guys

Good location, close to public transport. Clean.

Self service check in didn’t work, staff said they were closed. Bathroom doors impractical, bed uncomfortable, shower not very warm. Cleaning staff spoke to us twice about cleaning the room before check out time.

The hotel was great,calm , even if it was be the road side it was still quiet.also it was by the road side too. good price for value and the breakfast was excellent .

I just didnt like the smell of the toilet

The room was nice and comfortable with hot water running 24/7 albeit a bit a small. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good with tram and ubahn stations really close by. Very good value for money.

Albeit a comfy room it was a bit small and there was some cold coming in from below the window that the ac wasn't able to tackle. The towels could have been of better quality. Finally there weren't many outlets and only 1 bedside one in a 2 bed room, which proved to be inadequate for 2 People to charge all their devices overnight.

Third stay in the B&B chain, service as expected. Public transport tram and metro literally next door. For breakfast, everything a normal person could want. In my opinion, the staff and cleanliness are on the level. They have their own policy regarding the frequency of room cleaning, but that doesn't bother me.

Breakfast are very poor, and my colleagues had the window broken, even sometimes spider nets in the corners of the rooms

Room is cold. Air condition is poor. The room smells bad because of carpet.

Location was nice Ok for short stay

The room did not have toiletries at first and then we got one bottle for every use.

Location close to the train station and many other restaurants

I am used to having a coffee machine in the room, an iron & an ironing board, hand lotion, and conditioner as well.
